- All tours leave on time and in groups. You must arrive 20 minutes before the tour starts at the meeting point. Otherwise, the operator will start the tour with the groups present. Punctuality is important, because arrivals after the start time of the tour will be considered a "no show" and the reservation will be automatically canceled.
- No refunds will be issued if the excursion/activity is missed due to late or no arrival of the cruise.
- The driver and reserve holder must present a valid driver's license in person.
- Clients intoxicated by alcohol or any other substance that prevents the proper use of the vehicle will not be able to participate in the tour and no refund will be issued.
- Only 3 people per vehicle, if your group is 4 or more, you will need another vehicle. It must be reserved before your arrival.
- Each vehicle will have its Tour Guide.
- IMPORTANT: Passengers under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult (family member or guardian).
- IMPORTANT: We recommend that you verify the contact information provided before completing your reservation. This way we can have your correct contact information in case of any eventuality.

This was the best experience ever, we even stopped by and got the best empanadas i ever had!The tour guide was so helpful and drove for us!
Great experience was amazing tour guides - Ferdinand and Conrad. We had a good time and drove to the beach. The guides were friendly and talked to us. They offered to take our photos for us and were super cool even though we were 10 minutes late. Only complain was that one of the UTVs had built-in speakers and the other had a portable Jbl speaker. The utvs get so loud driving, the one with JBL, we couldn't enjoy the music. The other one was definitely more of a vibe. still it was a fun day.

Had a great time on the tour. Food and drink were excellent. Having the wind in my hair, visiting the towns and eating with the locals were so cool.
The tour guide was cool . Itinerary said we’d be visiting 5 places, we only visited 3. Found some cool local spots for authentic food. Overall not worth the price although it was fun.

We would, however, like to clarify one important detail regarding the itinerary. The 5 locations listed are the 5 points included along the tour route, but they are not advertised as 5 separate stops.
The tour begins at The Mall of San Juan, which is Point #1 and our designated meeting and departure location. From there, the route continues through Point #2, the Teodoro Moscoso Bridge, which is a utv -through portion of the experience. Point #3 is the Piñones beach area, where the tour travels along the coastal routes and guests experience the scenery and local area. Point #4 is Vacia Talega Beach, where we make a stop and explore the coastal and off-road paths. Finally, Point #5 is Terraplén / La Posita de Piñones, where we stop at a local restaurant.
Therefore, all 5 locations listed in the itinerary were included and covered during your tour. Some are part of the driving route, while others are designated stops.
We’re sorry if the itinerary created the expectation that all 5 locations would be individual stops. We will review the wording to make that distinction even clearer for future guests.

Tour guides where great. Awesome experience and would do it again when we come back. Its hot so would recommend alot of ice and water.
Great experience all around. First time in PR to bring in my birthday and this side by side ride was amazing. The staff was very helpful and made sure we was good the whole time. Crazy part is we had the same name which made it even better. I recommend this experience to anyone who comes and want to get a taste of PR while driving these amazing vehicles along with the great staff members. PR owes me nothing! A time was had!

Fantastic experience that began with a fun ride through the city and Carolina’s beach, followed by driving the Can-Am UTV through the sand trails alongside the beach. Conrad, our guide, took us to a cool spot to snap some really cool pictures and also took us Piñones beach where we enjoyed a nice swim. On the way back, Conrad, suggested a stop at a grill spot to eat some amazing pinchos and other local foods. Thanks to Conrad for an incredible experience. 100% recommended.
Great activity guide! We stopped by briefly at one of the beaches on the trail for photo opportunity and feel of the beach water. We also stopped by a mom & pop food vendor that cooked and prepared local fried and grilled foods!
This is a cool tour… if you want to take turns driving you probably dnt want to book more than 2 ppl…

had an amazing time on this UTV ride! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. The ride itself was exciting, fun, and full of beautiful scenery. They made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe while still giving us a great adventure. You can really tell they care about their guests and want everyone to have a good time. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun and memorable ride!

This tour was not what I expected. We spent a very short time on the beaches/off road and I don’t think we got our full money’s worth. Most of our time was spent on the highway. The tour is listed as two hours but we were back in less than an hour and a half. Our tour guide was very kind but overall this was a disappointing experience

Great experience. Our Tour Guide was friendly and knowledgeable about what areas to go to. He took great pictures of my girlfriend and I, let us have some time on the water, and took us to one of the Food Stands that had the best empanadas we’ve had all trip. 10/10, would absolutely do it again.

Was lots of fun! Drove on some nice trails alongside the beach. The vehicle gets up to almost 50mph and handles the roads very well.
Tour guides were very puntual and friendly!

You visit the same beach in 2 different sections,
You drive in the street and sand right along the beach,
The tour guide is very insightful and gave us a lot of great options to eat & the tour ends at a food stand with banging pork pinchos and piña colada’s
This was so fun! One of the best days we’ve had on our trip so far! Ferdinand was great, he took us to see beautiful beaches, awesome little towns and we ate the best food yet. Highly recommend this tour! So much fun!!

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Puerto Rico , the beach views while riding was amazing and we stopped at different spots for pictures and even stopped to drink and eat something. our tour guy was respectful and very fun to be around and would recommend this tour to my own family. I took one star from this review because the meeting point instructions were not accurate as it did not mention to go inside the mall to meet up .

This was a great experience for touring Puerto Rico, while also see some great historical landmarks. The host/UTV instructor was great, and also brought us to a small restaurant along the path that served some amazing food.
This was Amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the sight seeing, culture, and food. The empanadas were great. The tour guides were knowledgeable and super friendly.
