The UTV tour was a great experience. Ricky was a great tour guide and he had a very good playlist. We got to explore the rainforest and see different areas of PR that we haven’t seen before. However, I would say to read the description of the tour because I mistakenly thought we were going to be able to drive and that wasn’t what they offered. It was a fun experience nonetheless. After the tour, Ricky even took us to interact with some locals and get fruit cups/lemonade. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Do not book!!!!!!! very unprofessional they did not text me or call me to confirm booking we have arrived I tried calling no answer. No response me and my friend drove an hour away just to be ignored the location that they provided was in the back of a bar and the people told us that the bar was closed. I do not recommend this waste of money and they did not care. Had a hard time trying to dispute money from Bank.!!

Ricky was SUPER KOOL! He was waiting for his lunch when I walked up, but it was fine! He walked me up to a bar while we waited! I ordered a drink and we sat and talked about PR. Since this is my 1st time here, he gave me some good places to go and things to see! The tour around Luquillo was nice and had beautiful views!! We stopped to see El Yunque Mountain and stopped again in the town of Luquillo where I got another drink! I loved it! The tour is pretty much an hour and it's worth it! Touring in a CAN-AM is so much more fun opoosed to a regular vehicle! The weather was perfect and so was the breeze during the ride! If you're ever new to the area, DO THIS TOUR!

Such a fun ride up the roads of El Younque National Forest. We had many opportunities to stop and take great pics. Our driver took us to one of the most dangerous beaches in the world to watch surfers. Only wished I booked the two hour trip! Great time!

DO NOT BOOK!!, they will cancel on you & not give you a refund !, I was cancelled on the day of for weather issues & nothing was even wrong with the weather !!

For safety reasons, we sometimes have to cancel tours due to weather conditions in the specific areas where our off-road routes are located, which can be very different from the weather in nearby towns or beaches. Heavy rain can make the trails unsafe for our guests and vehicles.
Safety is always our top priority, and when weather conditions affect the tour route we must make that decision even if the weather appears fine elsewhere. The tour guide never showed up. We reached out to him and he never responded. We had the jet ski rental person on the beach tell us he wasn’t coming but that was only after seeking him out, we walked around for 20 plus minutes before we found someone to even ask. We couldn’t reach anyone by phone but eventually reached someone on chat with Viator.

Please do not book this tour. It is a waste of both time and money. The tour was advertised as 1.5 hours of sightseeing, but we only made two stops—one briefly on the side of the road to see what the guide said was a landmark, and the second at a beach that was very dirty. After only 45 minutes, we were already back. While Ricky was a nice person, the experience was not at all what was promised or advertised.

We were in P.R. for a birthday trip. We got to the meeting spot (Bikini Bar) a little early so the coordinator recommended we stroll the the strip. It's full of bars, local food, and Luquillo Beach is directly behind the strip. We had some amazing mojitos at the Mojito Lab, empanadas at another place, and then we went back to Bikini Bar for some shots and a hookah. Having experienced all of that, I'm glad we came early. We had Alex & Christian for our driver's and they were AMAZING!!! We gave an idea of the type of music we like and they had the playlist on point the ride was so much fun, we rode through the forest and local areas. We stopped along the way for pictures with beautiful views. Book this experience you will be well pleased.

I would not recommend. We had an 11am reservation.
Ricky let us know they were running behind. That it would be another hour. I said no problem, I will wait.
Not until I talked to the driver and tried to proceed to tell me it would be an additional hour wait. I called Ricky and requested a refund.
It was my birthday and I had other timed things that I didn’t want to wait and lose because of their behind schedule.
I honestly think this is a scam.
They had a can am that was down and the driver had to tell me that. Ricky never told me that.
Told me they would request a refund on their end, but I had to initiate it on my end with Viator
OH AND YOU DON’T DRIVE, YOU DON’T DRIVE!

The booking was for 4 people but when we arrived there was no one to be found and had to wait several minutes before someone came to speak with us. Then found out that only 3 people could go on the UTV and that we would not be able to drive ourselves. We asked to speak to someone else but no one else came. The person that we talked to said that he had to leave and left us and drove off with other people instead of trying to accommodate us so we requested a refund and this was July 19th, 2025. Until this day we have not received our refund yet. I am very disappointed with the way we were treated and I am still waiting on my refund 😡😡😡

The experience does not specify that you will not be driving. It says an hour 1/2 and it was that long. They were late on arrival. I have been many places and have driven during my excursion that says guided tour guide. The problem I have is that they charge an arm and a leg and you can’t drive I feel that they are scamming people out their money it’s not worth it! Do not book this experience they make it seem as if your driving. Even when I asked are you taking us to our car they said yea and really they knew I wouldn’t be driving and then told be a lot of people think they will drive I bet they do and I wonder why. I specifically told them they need to edit the information a say (YOU WILL NOT BE DRIVING) other than that this is a misconception and also mis representation
