Sensory overload!

We had a great time. La Puebla was amazing. The sensorium was awesome but I can see it being hard for anyone not sure footed or anyone with even mild claustrophobia, because it is kind of intense (in a good way!) The biggest tip I would like to leave is this: please, please do not be one of the entitled, LOUD American or Canadian travelers. Idk if anyone is aware, but if you are in another country you can just simply listen and tell who the obnoxious "Northern" visitors are very easily. It is embarrassing as an American- There is no need to make a spectacle of yourself when visiting places, but especially foreign countries where you do not know the customs. We unfortunately went through most of the park following a very loud, obnoxious, and entitled family that sort of ruined it. This is not Xenses fault, so I don't hold them responsible. If this part of my review bothers you, I don't know what to say except maybe you are the problem. It is totally possible to have fun with your family without making yourself look like a jerk. 😁

So much fun and a perfect half day experience.

We had an absolute blast at Xenses Park in Playa del Carmen! The Birds Eye View zip line was hands down our favorite—so much so that we did it twice! The rush of flying over the park with a panoramic view was unforgettable. The park is full of incredible photo ops, and the Upside Down Town had us totally tripping—it’s such a unique and mind-bending experience! It really messes with your senses in the best way possible. The dark room wasn’t my favorite part, but once we made it through, it gave us a funny story to share. Xenses is a must-visit for anyone looking for a day filled with fun, surprises, and plenty of laughs!

We had a good time. Only complaint is letting people know about the difficulty walking through the uphill/downhill town for people with mild walking difficulties. My wife has a bad knee and couldn’t safely navigate the town. She waited for my daughter and I to complete the adventure. Also the cost for the unlimited pictures were based on number in party so even though my wife was only in 10 photos they wanted me to pay full price for party of 3. ( they eventually gave us a discount). Overall the experience was great. The optical illusion were impressive. Had fun and definitely would recommend.

I do recommend this place, i think this park is under rated. The street that leaning one side if very fun and interesting experience. The dark room experience is good ---- but it is too pain to walk back barefoot. Also it is kind of challenging, probably not for all health condition. Water activities are all great, some activity maybe too thrill for ppl with health condition and unprepared. Be sure to do some study before you go, and ask questions. I found the attendances are all very helpful to us. Due to most of the activity is water related, water proof device like gopro would be highly recommend. It is not 'quite water activity' like Xcaret, there a lot of splash and submerge and mud, Cellphone will very likely not going to ends well for these activities (unless you have very good waterproof case and you tested repeatly). Taxi back and force to playacar hotelzone is about $14-$18. we have the ticket office arrange our returning trip and paid at the ticket office, and hand over a voucher to taxi driver. it worked well.
