There definitely includes a ton of walking, but the guide talks you through everything and makes the trip very easy and fun! Armand was excellent and knowledgeable! Our guide, Arturo, was fantastic! He lives in the neighborhood where we walked and frequents the places we visited on the tour. There were only 5 of us in the group, making it easy to walk and talk and share stories. He gave us just enough history as we walked the charming streets, and was able to provide the back stories of the people that owned the shops where we stopped. Don’t eat before starting this tour. There are a lot of stops and a lot of food!

Our experience with a full day tour of Paris with Garret was more than we envisioned. He was very relatable and very well educated on the history of Paris and its relation to the surrounding regions. His knowledge of the architecture, period history and art history is impressive and includes very interesting details! He seamlessly guided us through crowds, Metro stations and up and down steep city streets and steps to experience the most enchanting parts of Paris. We shared a lunch in Montmartre just as the locals would do. We appreciated his flexibility with our requests for the experience we were looking for on our final day in Paris. Highly recommend Garret for a full day tour!

Worth the Effort

Our guide Avda did a wonderful job. She managed to answer most every question we had was very informative on the art, culture, history and architecture of Paris. She also helped guide us through the maze of subway systems in Paris without any problems. We also got to have a nice break for pastries near the Montmarte art district.

Just a note that tour guides can’t go inside Notre Dame with you, so you have to guide yourself around when inside.

Best part of my trip to Paris

Highly recommend this bike tour. First, going by bike is a great way to see the Marais and the Latin Quarter. Second, our tour guide Ryan was incredible - very knowledgeable and very fun. Can’t recommend this highly enough. Biking is not hard - about 5 miles but very flat and with plenty of stops.

Good time with Knowledgeable Guidr Sharif

We love to do food tours whenever we travel to a new city and we are so glad we chose this one. As we were staying in 8th Arrondissement we really wanted to check out Le Marais and we totally fell in love with the area - we plan to stay there next year just because of this tour! Food was plentiful but what stood out the most was how well our tour guide - Sharif - knew the area. He had great stories to tell and it was a great tour. Do note - it really will take the full 3.5hrs to complete. I think ending with the wine instead of doing it in the beginning would be a better idea but hey - we got wine! Ha. Great tour.

A lot of walking...

A lot of walking especially at Montmarte up hill. Plan an additional stop at Norte Dame Cathedral, you do not go inside. Another half hour at Montmarte village to shop around and another hour at the Louvre would be good. It seemed rushed. Fabio was an excellent guide and had good English. Easy to understand.

We had Bruce as our guide. His knowledge of the city and its history was great. His English and the microphone to boost sound in busy areas worked well and we heard everything. There was actually less walking than we expected but even on a very cold day it was an enjoyable way to spend 2 and abit hours. Even 2 teen girls enjoyed it, would recommend.
