Our guide Denise knew historical details not only of Notre Dame, but about many of the nearby chapels, municipal buildings, parks, bridges, and the island across the Siene they sit on.

Starting in the middle, we got a little history of the left and right side. Our tour guide was great. We traveled with a stroller, which is weird enough in Paris. Bring sunscreen and a hat. I would have appreciated an “in ear” option, which is the only reason for 4 stars. The handicap and strolled elevator was not working- not the tours fault.

Never found the guide, no orange hat no blue jacket, so I toured the crypt by myself. Text Viator, when I received a text, but never got a reply. Given the massive crowds at ND this tour needs to do a better job

Great experience. Matt, our guide, was knowledgeable and funny. He provided relevant history and tons of photos to help explain the history, architecture and culture around Notre Dame. He kept a good pace and continually checked to ensure no one was being left behind. Highly recommend this tour.

Horrible! False advertising and no refund. The tour listing stated “free” admission to Notre Dame, yet there was no admission to Notre Dame included!!! I had taken an outdoor only tour last year, so only was interested in this tour for admission to the church, which based on the listing was included WITH the outdoor tour.
I was not alone in being mislead. At least four other people were confused when the guide said there was no admission to the church with the tour. I did not take the tour. When I asked for a refund it was refused. TERRIBLE SCAM!!! Stay away from this tour!!!!

The tour you booked is called the Paris Notre Dame Cathedral Outdoor Walking Tour with Crypt Entry.
As stated in the product's exclusions, entrance to the Cathedral is not included.
Additionally, there is a note with further information on the booking page: "This tour doesn't go inside Notre Dame. Though the cathedral has recently reopened, group tours are not yet permitted inside Notre Dame. You are welcome to try to visit on your own after the guided tour. This guided experience is an outdoor walking tour of the area surrounding the cathedral, followed by entry (ticket included) to the crypt beneath it."

Paula was incredible! Notre Dame was still under construction so we couldn’t go inside, however, Paula brought us to some great spots with such beautiful views of the Cathedral. She shared so many interesting stories and facts that kept us involved. My favorite was her story about the gargoyles on the sides of the Cathedral. Paula also gave us some great recommendations for other spots around Paris!
