Naffi the incredible guide
Naffi was an absolutely amazing tour guide, she really brought the museum to life and we are so grateful we had her as our guide. The building is enormous with many large crowds and she knew just how to handle them. The tour is only 2-3 hours unlike the 6 written on the description. Make sure to spend extra time in the gardens

Amazing
Our guide Thelma was wonderful. She was funny, warm and a great story teller. Thelma led us to our destinations with historic stories and interesting facts. We had enough time to see the castles in this one day there and back tour and we didn’t have to worry about renting a car and driving around. My one complaint is the seats on the bus were cramped for a tall 5’10” lady like me, I didn’t have leg room. The seats in front of my husband was broken and too reclined so the person was practically in my husbands lap the whole time. We weren’t allowed to sit behind the driver and the tour was full so we had to just make do with the seats we got. Communication was good before the tour and instructions of where to meet was perfect. The value for the price we paid was great.

Day trip to Normandy
Request Lawrence as a guide-he was a wealth of information & made the long bus ride interesting. Wish we stopped at a better gas station on the way there-not the one under construction! The tour was fascinating for anyone interested in WWII! Highly recommend!

Get off the fence - book this one!
A full day exploring the Champagne region around Reims, visiting a mix of smaller boutique houses and two growers who actually supply their grapes to Moët & Chandon — it was the kind of itinerary you couldn’t put together on your own, and that’s exactly the point. Our guide was exceptional. Knowledgeable in the best way — the kind of depth that only comes from truly loving what you do — but never stuffy or overwhelming about it. He was warm, approachable, and had a way of making everyone in the group feel comfortable asking questions, no matter how basic or advanced. The passion was infectious without ever feeling performative. Just a genuinely good human who happens to know an extraordinary amount about champagne. What I didn’t expect was how different each stop would feel. Even after a full day, nothing blurred together. Every maison had its own personality — its own cellar, its own story, its own way of doing things. The boutique houses brought an intimacy that you simply don’t get at the big-name stops, and learning that two of them supply to Moët & Chandon added a fascinating layer. You’re tasting something that feeds into one of the most iconic labels in the world, poured for you by the people who actually made it. Six-plus hours flew by. By the end I was full of excellent champagne, genuinely educated, and a little sad it was over. If you’re visiting Reims and you’re on the fence — get off the fence. This is the one.
