Wonderful trip, well worth going. The houe, gardens and water gardens are beautiful. We had a great guide who added fun and interest to the extensive knowledge he shared with the group, we visited the church and graveyard ahead of the gardens and no queuing was required! A great relief in the paris heatwave. The only thing id have liked was an extra half hour to enjoy the bautiful flower garens

Amazing Normandy Tour; Amazing Guide!

Absolutely amazing experience! We spent a full day in Normandy with pick up and drop off in Paris. While it was a long day, was a lot more convenient for us to do a day trip on our week long trip to Paris than staying up in Normandy. We went with our 15 yr old daughter who loved the experience as well. The small group tour had two families; 7 people in total. Great size to easily maneuver through the sites. We visited all the highlights in Normandy and our guide Cesar was beyond amazing. He had an unbelievable knowledge base of WWII and the geography and history of the area. As important was his ability to communicate and distill it for guests. He kept adult and kids alike engaged and interested. Was the perfect mix of factual history and anecdotes about aspects of the war. He was also very relatable with the kids, which made the trip enjoyable for everyone. Definitely recommend this tour for others and Cesar if he is available!

Wonderful experience in many ways

The bus to Giverny is air conditioned & comfortable. The leaders were very informative along the way and prepped us for the visit. Instructions were clear about the time and place of departure and what was included and not included in the tour. The return ride was quiet and very pleasant. The garden and house are spectacular and should not be missed in a trip to Paris.

Nickolas Knows Normandy

This is a great tribute trip visiting the iconic beaches of Normandy and the memorials that commemorate the great invasion that began the end of the European Theater of World War II. Nickolas the guide is very knowledgeable about the warfare that went on there, and also regarding the local life of the French living in the area. Seeing these areas was very meaningful, and had me reminiscing not only of the many sacrifices made there by brave soldiers, but also about my own ancestors who took part in the War.

If you love art how do you pass this up..

My partner did tour and it was her first time in Paris doing these tours, she was nervous. But it was a great experience for her, she had a good guide and was easy to meetup. Worth the cost.. and of course the art iis amazing but disappointing Crown Jewels no longer on display due to heist last year. I was lucky and a saw during visit last may.

Memorable experience.

Sadegh (Sam) was out tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable person who gave us lot of history and being a professor, it was easy for him to explain everything. I liked the way he incorporated exerts from the speeches into his commentary. Very patient and thorough. I could recommend taking a trip with him anytime possible. Nice day tour though in hot weather

We enjoy very much , the weather was so hot durirng the heatwave, Dii is so caring help my kids giving water while we were at back slow at getting up with stairs. I know this tour is time limited so we explore so short but we got what we expect. Dii not only give guide about the place there but I like the way she give patience , and recomendations for food, souvenirs and other fun things. Fantastic tour for all ages

This was the best way possible to tour the outside of the palace of Versailles. A short portion of the bike tour is spent in city on the way to/from the palace which was really fun as we got to see a glimpse of the city. The walk through the market and options for lunch provided by Aaron our guide were spot on. Aaron was amazing, as was our group and everything ran on time.

The overall experience...

The overall experience was good, Versailles is beautiful and a must to visit. As far as the logistics, the meeting time was not very clear, our tickets had an entry time of 8:45, so since there was no meeting time on the tickets, we got to the get your guide office at 7:30 to find out they didn’t open until 8:15, I did message them the day before, but no one replied. Once the staff got it, they told us to come back at 8:55 At the end of the tour we didn’t know a new tour guide would meet us to take us back, so we sat there and they thought we were no show, but we walked to the bus with everyone else when we saw people that were in our bus earlier.

Be on time and wear comfortable shoes plus carry water . It would have been good to have a landmark plus an address . For non parisians, the address is difficult to find . The tour director was at Versailles was excellent . She was knowledgeable and patient . Overall it was a wonderful experience considering the 100 degree weather.

Nice “taster” tour of 2 castles. Guides need voice enhancers.

This is a “taster” tour. You get about 1 hour and 15 minutes inside each of 2 castles. All instruction is given outside the castles then you are free to visit inside on your own. You’ll stop for lunch in a nice town. If you want to see the town then buy a takeout lunch and eat as you walk. My only complaint is that the tour guide did not have a voice enhancer so it was hard to hear. I think all guides should have voice enhancers.

Wonderful tour!

My husband and I had a wonderful time on the champagne tasting tour. Our tour guide was very informative and kind! It was very interesting seeing and learning about the champagne making process at a small champagne house and then the juxtaposition of a much larger champagne house. Champagne was delicious! Also, the Notre Dame Cathedral of Reims was amazing!
