Mixed feelings

The location for boarding the bus was not as shown on the ticket. We spent about half an hour trying to locate the bus. The audio is not synchronised with the route. This may have been due to the fact that we took a tour at the height of Saturday evening traffic. The audio system worked well as a technology. The staff were courteious and helpful.

Wonderful experience! Easy to find the pick- up spot, there is a sign for it right across from The Louvre. Earphones allow you to choose whichever guided language you prefer. Tour showed us the main spots in Paris, wonderful 2-hour bus tour and we will definitely recommend this to others!

Worst tour I have ever taken through viator!! Arrival disorganized and we had to wait for a third bus to arrive when neither the 1st or 2nd bus was full. The driver drove around and totally missed street for notre dame the first sight on tour. While the audio explained something we never saw ! The driver was chaotic with stopping and starting the bus at weird times. The audio tour never was talking about something we were actually seeing! A full refund should be issued! Do not recommend this Toot bus company at all!!!

Driver did not respond. I also contacted Viator with an update. I'm waiting to hear if back!

We arrived to the meetup location, mentioned on the tix. 15 mins early. I txt'd the tour guide to let him know our whereabouts. HE never replied! We missed the tour!

This was our first night in Paris and what great way to see Paris at night. I highly recommend this as my family really enjoyed seeing the various sites at night and it was timed perfectly to see the Eiffel Tower lights blink on the hour.

It was a great experience to see Paris at night all it up, even in the rain. The route take was great and took in all the important monuments. The only thing that needed improvement was the recorded guided tour. In could have been much more informative, and the music they played between monuments was just awful.

Remember that you’ll be staying on the bus throughout…use the restroom before or wait til after!! Seating up top is highly recommended. Wait for the next bus in the tour group if you can.

This tour was excellent it let us see us parts of the most iconic places of Paris. Viewing the tower lights flashing was something really amazing a wonderful show. In general I would say It was a good a tour, we loved it, the guide was very informative. Keep up the good work.

You see a lot of city but the audio was mainly available only with headsets which was not made clear in description. They did the audio sporadically so it IS available. Also a lot of sites were missed like Notre Dame etc

Good Tour, Poor Audio

The bus route was good and being it was a beautiful night the city looked fantastic with us seeing many of the historic sites all lit up. My only complaint was the tour was all done by recorded audio and was very much lacking. It played mostly music with some limited commentary that was not very informative or interesting and it was a bit difficult to hear. There were many interesting buildings and prominent statues the bus specifically made effort to go by, but there was no audio explaining what we were seeing. The audio I’d rate as 1 star.

A fun tour of the city.

Get to the meeting point early. Some buses are partially covered, avoid sitting under the cover if possible. The tour was extensive. Some of the commentary seemed out of synch with the ride itself. Timing with the arrival at the Eiffel Tower was perfect!

Great view of Paris at night. The attendant at the pick up spot was attentive and responsive. He made sure that the people who checked in first boarded the bus first. We thought that was wonderful!

It would have been so much better if it was a live narration. The timing of the recording was off. 30 minutes into the tour the recording said it was the end of the tour. The view of the Eiffel Tower made up for it- that was worth the price.

Views were absolutely Fantastic

The night lights on the Tower & all of the other points of interest were fantastic but the tower was the outstanding part the way it was lit up after the Olympics. it was a pity the did not light up the rings after the Olympics as that would have been the icing on the cake. We had 6 Viator tours & they have been flawless. Tremendous. This tour was the absolute best to get a real feel of Paris at night & reasonably priced. When you are a first timer it is hard to navigate to the starting point. Put this one on the bucket list when to go to Paris & it should be the first thing you do before any other tours to give you an idea of what to do for your next tour.

Look out for the weather

Unfortunately there was none. Ii is not the company problem. It was the weather that rained so much that all of us had to go down. But here was a little problem. I believe the bus was too old because we, the people, got wet due to leaks on the ceiling at the windows. So, no way to take photos and where to sit for not getting wet.

Nothing …worst trip ever. The trip was sold as Paris at Night …expecting the lights …nothing because sun doesn’t set u til 10:30 pm…which was not disclosed in the materials. Never do this trip in the summer in Paris!

This was the worse tour of our trip and left a bitter taste. The recorded tour guide spent too much time telling us about the upcoming Olympics rather actually pointing out areas of historical interest. We hardly saw or understood any of the significant landmarks. Improved communication from the driver or company about the process for drop off would be appreciated. Will not recommend
