We did a private tour with Louis our guide who was very accommodating. We did not realize that we were going to hike up the hillside to the top to see the flag but Louis let us pace ourselves. The view was spectacular well worth the hike. We then went through Casco Viejo & stopped at a restaurant for lunch which was delicious. Off to the Geisha coffee shop where we sampled different coffees & had complimentary rum coffee delicious then off to the Panama Canal. A wonderful experience with Louis.

Absolutely terrific experience! Our guide, Rafael made this day spectacular. We covered a significant amount of this wonderful city without feeling rushed. Rafael is knowledgeable, patient, and professional.

This tour was very good and the guide Levy Enrique was outstanding....the best. Suggested improvement:
The description of the Miraflores locks is not correct. The Visitor Center is not open to the public, it is under renovation for the last 2 years. Only the IMAX movie is open to the public and the observation deck. I think you should correct your description. I was looking forward to seeing the museum.

A fantastic tour around Panama City, including the Panama Canal. Aldo was extremely knowledgeable, very accommodating, and was a pleasure to deal with. He stuck with us at every site (even as most guides left) to explain every detail. Perhaps the best guide I've had anywhere. The tour was comprehensive of the must-see sites for a short visit.

Words cannot express the amazing experience I had visiting Panama and going on this full day tour of Panama City. Our guide Erik, shared an abundance of knowledge with us about the country of Panama as a whole, and was well versed on the history Panama City. He was very accommodating when I suggested a Jamaican restaurant for lunch, which turned out to be great and he also planned our day tour perfectly, so we had more than enough time at the Panama Canal to watch the ship channeling though, which was AMAZING to watch. Overall visiting Panama was an awesome experience and I will never forget it.

Carlos was friendly and helpful
We loved the Mola Museum. I wanted to buy some so Carlos took us to find some original molas to buy. The Canal visit was perfectly timed. Totally enjoyable day!

The guide is good only one thing bothered me that I discovered at the end of the trip that he didn’t take me to Ancon hills as written in the itinerary he just pointed to me to it from a far distance. This is the only issue I didn’t like but the rest was good

We had Aldo as our private guide tour and he was great. Aldo was very friendly and knowledgeable. In spite of the rain, Aldo was very accommodating and made changes to the times to visit the places included in our tour to make sure we didn't miss anything. Erik was very knowledgeable and passionate in regards to his love for his home country Panama! As a result we made beautiful life long memories... He gave suggestions for our lunch and we decided to have traditional food at a Fonda which was absolutely delicious and economical as well!... He made sure on time that we made the IMAX 3D film about the Panama Canal & the ship channeling through both which were very interesting.. .📝We will treasure these memories forever.

Miraflores locks, Imax preceeding our cruise was informative prior to the experience. We ate at local lunch place that served fresh local vega cusine, Ft. Clayton, the causeway and old town. A great days excursion! Our guide was extremely personable, knowledge and a great driver.

Very informative and exciting day. Our guide Aldo was excellent and made the day that much more enjoyable. Even with the demonstrations and strikes, Aldo knowledge of the area was very helpful in moving us around the city without any problems.
