An Unforgettable Icelandic Adventure!
This tour was the perfect way to see the highlights of Northern Iceland. From driving along the scenic Eyjafjörður fjord to standing at the historic Goðafoss waterfall, every stop was stunning.
We loved the sheer variety on this itinerary: exploring the rare pseudo-craters at Lake Mývatn, walking through the dramatic Game of Thrones lava formations at Dimmuborgir, and seeing the brilliant blue water inside Grjótagjá cave. Standing on the continental rift and witnessing the smoking mud pots at Hverir felt like being on another planet.
Ending the day soaking in the geothermal waters at the Mývatn Nature Baths was absolute perfection. Highly recommended for a concise yet packed day of wonders!

Delightful Akureyri
Amazing tour and fantastic guide and driver!
Very informative, educational and easy to understand.

Excellent Godafoss Tour!
This Godafoss tour was excellent! The driver took a route over the mountains instead of through the tunnel that gave great views of the beautiful and diverse landscape of the area. The tour guide’s narration during the drive was a wealth of information and was greatly appreciated. There was ample time to view the waterfall as well as visit the cafe/souvenir shop before we left. They also gave us the option of a drop off at the botanical gardens which was great - I thoroughly enjoyed this tour!

Great tour
Great tour with a very knowledgeable guide. Better value than booking a cruise ship excursion. 3 great stops, although I feel we needed longer at the Laufas house as it was very rushed. Less time at the Christmas house. Overall we would definitely recommend this tour

Great tour except for Midges
Comfortable coach, beautiful scenery on the way and back, love the lava formation park, hot mud/steam fissures, falls were beautiful, surprise coffee and fried cakes at the falls local hotel as part of tour, my only recommendation is for the tour company to include head netting for the annoying midges at the various sites. If not you can buy this protective covering at the first stop which is the lava formation visitors center for 8 kroner. Our tour guide Michael was terrific.

One of the best tours we took in Iceland
Godafoss Waterfall was spectacular with a variety of views. The Turf house was interesting to see how some families had to live years ago. Not sure if it was due to the time of year, however there were gnats flying around us outside. The Forest Lagoon hot springs was really a treat and a great way to end the tour. We enjoyed over 2 hours at the site which also included a sauna and a cold plunge spa pool. The guide was excellent, the mini bus was fairly new and comfortable, and pickup at the port was seamless.

Organized and well run excursion to Godafoss
This excursion delivered as promised. Arrival and check in instructions were clear, staff assisted us to the correct bus out of a sea of buses, our driver and our guide Manuel were helpful and got us to the waterfall and back in good time. Additional commentary on the bus provided interesting information. The drink and Icelandic pastry with access to a clean restroom were appreciated. Several drop off options permitted us to explore the city after the excursion to Godafoss. Overall exactly as expected and a good value.

Great whale watching tour in Husavik
Nice boat with a great staff that was very informative and spoke good English. We learned a lot and saw two humpback whales feeding, fluking, and even breaching. It was a great experience, in spite of some sea sickness (which they're well-prepared for!)

Peaceful and relaxing and close to town
I'd never been to a lagoon in Iceland and since I was in Akureyri for 5 days, Forest Lagoon seemed really small and accessible and a good beginning. They have a free shuttle from the downtown Port area so it's easy to visit even if you have no car. I got the ticket with a towel and one drink included and everything went perfectly. I went late morning on a weekday in early June and there were never more than ten people in the pools at any one time. Peaceful and such a pretty setting right along the fjord, and so relaxing!
I definitely recommend a visit if you are in Akureyri.

We saw humpback whales!
It was such a great adventure and we managed to see humpback whales! The sea was very choppy this morning and some of the guests had very bad seasickness but nevertheless the guides were very professional and constantly looking after us. The guide was also very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the sea life in Iceland from him.

Wonderful RIB boat whale watching tour
Wonderful experience. The staff were very nice helping us dress for the trip. We were lucky to see a Humpback whale. The crew tried hard to make sure we all able to witness the whales appearance. We felt safe and had fun with this RIB boat tour. Highly recommended.

A must do experience
It was a magical one, according to their standards as well. We saw so many whales and dolphins with their classical fin move and swim. We even saw one sleeping and then woke up. The host were very knowledgable about marine life in general and we learned a few new things .. amazing tour and amazing guys.
