Great trip

Straight forward tour from the city to pyramid complex with entertaining and knowledgeable guides and a safe driver. The crew working on my tour was Ernesto, Josephine, and Jesus. Ernesto is a very knowledgeable and funny guy. The pyramid complex is breathtaking. However, the restrooms at the site are not bad and the bathroom “stop” on the way is to let the crowd do a little shopping. You do get free water, coffee, mezcal, and tequila tho :)

Amazing tour!

The experience was amazing! Well worth our money. The hot air balloon ride felt safe, seamless, and well executed. It was amazing. The breakfast at La Gruta was tasty and an authentic experience (i believe there are other breakfast locations through tours that aren’t quite as special), and our tour of the pyramids was equally as great! An early morning and long day but overall excellent experience.

Spectacular Sunrise Over the Pyramids

An absolute highlight of my trip to Mexico! Flying over the Teotihuacan archaeological site at sunrise was nothing short of magical. From start to finish, the entire operation was flawless. The early morning pickup from Mexico City was perfectly on time, and the crew welcomed us with warm coffee and pastries while we watched the massive balloons inflate—a spectacular sight in its own right. Once in the air, the flight was incredibly smooth and peaceful. Floating silently above the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon as the sun broke over the horizon provided a breathtaking perspective that you simply cannot get from the ground. The pilot was highly skilled, professional, and shared fascinating historical facts about the ruins below while ensuring everyone in the basket felt safe and comfortable. After landing, we were treated to a traditional sparkling wine toast, a personalized flight certificate, and a delicious breakfast buffet

Awesome experience, the tour guides had excellent communication throughout. We were picked up promptly from our pickup location and we're received with much needed coffee, tea, and morning snacks. Most amazing experience

Even though we were warned it would be a long day, it was packed with loads of this to see, our guide Monica was amazing she was very knowledgeable, and planned our day perfectly. We were contacted the night before with the information we needed for pick up, and were informed each step of the way of when we would stop and what was on the agenda. Our Driver Santiago was very skilled, if you get travel sick I would advise you to take a motion sickness tablet that Monica offered at the start of the morning as the road after breakfast get’s very hairy, up a mountain, on the tightest chicanes I’ve ever experienced. The Park and all it’s natural beauty is a wonder to see, a life time experience. Anyone going to Mexico should do.

The balloon flight was well worth the 4:20am pick up time! Staff was happy, friendly and knowledgeable. Balloon flight itself was no-stress, beautiful and fun. There were about 50 balloons entering the skies around us during same time. The landing steps the crew took to get the balloon on the ground was exciting and somewhat amusing…they all worked together well and you could see they all take their job and our safety seriously. Note that promotions of additional items/services were soft-sell but continuous…this company really has an angle of salesmanship that is admirable! Expect them to try to sell you on photos/videos, souvenirs, other excursions, alcohol, food, expensive obsidian artwork, and more!

Viator horrible customer service

The overall experience was good. However viator has been horrible after all of the events ive booked through them. My partner pulled his muscle needs to have surgery and I tried to ask them to refund me for his ticket or give me a credit them denied that. Thats horrible customer service with someone that books all the time. There are other sites you can use i would recommend you DONT USE VIATOR lack of customer service is a real thing. Ill post on social media as well.
