My wife and I had a wonderful experience traveling through Mexico City with our guide, Andres. Andres was friendly and knowledgeable of the City’s history, monuments and food culture. We went on a Monday, when portions of Chapultepec Park were closed off but we were granted access which gave the tour a relaxed, VIP feel. We also went through the Reforma, Juarez, Roma and Contreras neighborhoods with a number of stops to learn about the area’s street food offerings, history and architecture. The ride felt safe the whole time even though we through City streets of various sizes. I give this tour my highest recommendation. Muchas gracias, Andres!

Book this trip! Me and my friends still talk about it. We had the most wonderful time doing this tour. It was informational and very fun. We tried a lot of different foods and got to learn the history behind each dish. Our tour guide helped us through markets and street vendors. My favorite was the freshly made still warm tortilla with some salt. We were so full by the end. I appreciated the guides dedication to safety. I felt extremely safe the entire time on our bikes.

Awesome tour with our guide Andres

Fantastic bike tour with guide Hector

Melanie_R, Jan 2026
Our guide Hector was fantastic -- fun, attentive to our safety on bikes all over the city, great company, and shared his own knowledge of history and spots around the city with us. We enjoyed every minute of the tour and with him.

Highly recommend

10/10 experience with a guide who is a CDMX local & knows the city like the back of his hand! Lucky it was just my friend and I, so the guide tailored the entire experience from both the culinary & sightseeing perspective to be exactly what we wanted for for our first time visiting CDMX.

Highly recommend this tour!

We had an excellent biking food tour we got to explore many parts of the city and eat delicious local food. We felt very safe biking with our guide Angel who was wonderful.

Good experience but tour manager is not helpful if weather conditions are poor

Melissa_L, Jun 2025
Tour guide was amazing, would definitely recommend if you're visiting Mexico City for the first time. It was a great experience to be able to eat like a local and learn more about the history of this place. Unfortunately, it started pouring during the last hour of our tour and we had to walk the bikes 45 minutes back to the shop. We fell into several puddles, with many of us tripping over the bikes and slipping on the sidewalk. The manager of the tour was informed of the weather and our situation, but did not offer any help. We were hoping there would be a driver to retrieve our bikes since things like this must happen all the time, but the manager of the tour did not offer any sort of help.

Bike and food tour

Awesome way to experience some of the City and a great food experience!! Our guide was great and we really enjoyed it.

Bike/Food adventure.

I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Alfredo was a great guide and very careful as we were all on bikes. He was super knowledgeable and the food stops were all very tasty. My favorites were the tamales and the chocolate but all were good. We also loved the quesadilla stand that has been around for 50 years and the woman who runs it makes her own blue corn tortillas from scratch! In addition to the tour being a great way to see the city on a bike the people at Pedalea were very easy to deal with. People in our group got sick and they accommodated us past the change date and changed our tour from a Friday to a Saturday. We really appreciated that. All in all a 10 out of 10!

Great bike tour

Great tour! Did this with 6 guys total. Chill, informative, tons of food, not strenuous, you make maybe 5 stops.

Great way to see the city and sample food.

We had a wonderful time on our foodie tour. Not only was the food amazing, our guide, Angel, was so friendly and knowledgeable. Since there were just two of us, we rode faster and covered more ground and got to soak up the culture and history along the way. I would definitely recommend this tour!

This bike and foodie tour was a highlight of our visit to Mexico City. Our guide "Angel" was amazing!! He was very kind and courteous and we got to see many places that we probably wouldnt otherwise. Although the traffic in Mexico can be quite chaotic, we always felt very safe during our ride. From a traditional Mexican breakfast to start off the morning to market stalls with exotic fruit and many other stops along the way, it was fascinating to learn about the history of the city as well as a culinary adventure for any visitor...

Great ride, fun stops, good CDMX experience

Marco was super friendly and definitely did a great job navigating us through the huge city. We stopped at some great places for our bites to eat and he was also knowledgeable of the neighborhoods and history. Highly recommended.

History, facts and anecdotes expertly interwoven for a great tour.

Lisa_A, Dec 2022
Angel was a most excellent guide. He made us feel safe riding on unfamiliar roads while also taking into account that we are experienced cyclists at home. He expertly interwove facts and history with anecdotes about the neighborhoods we rode through and the foods we ate. I highly recommend this tour to anyone, even the novice cyclist.

Great bike tour!

Marco and Citlali for wonderful. I got a flat tire and they were right on it right away and the tour wasn’t even interrupted by it.

Fantastic tour, absolutely worth the time and money in Mexico City. We completed the tour on our first full day in Mexico City which gave us a good awareness of neighbourhoods and area's to go back and spend more time in. Our hosts were amazing and very knowledgeable about Mexico City and of course all things FOOD! We went to so many vendors I cannot even recount them all here for you, highlights were the old Tortilla stand where we also had chili cause made by the grandmother, fresh taco's and some fresh fish at the markets. Thank you for awakening our food experience in Mexico City
