This family-owned Finca was stunning and the people working there were so incredibly nice. Shoutout to Christian and his wonderful daughter, Sofia! Another major plus are all of the animals here that are just roaming around. We didn't do the horseback riding and felt happy with our decision afterwards as we didn't feel like we missed out on much. They provide a lunch and cater to all diets (vegan/vegetarian/meat). For the vegan/vegetarian meals, they substitute the meat with a delicious lentil patty. Don't forget to support the family business even more by checking out their amazing souvenir shop. This is a must-do activity when in/near Medellin!

The tour was great. We enjoyed all the sculptures in Botero park as well as the museum. The highlight, by far, was the tour of Columna 13. The energy, colors, music, food and everything else were spectacular. Our guide Carlos was great and took the time to show us all the ‘cool’ places and answered all our questions.

Great day trip from Medellin to visit the charming colorful town of Guatape and climbing La Piedra. There were bus loads of tourists but we are so glad we did a private tour. Our guide Sergio Buitrago was amazing! Very professional and so knowledgeable about the history of Colombia and Medellin and Guatape and connecting to other countries. He kept the long drive very interesting by sharing his knowledge with us. The best guide we have ever had!! Breakfast and lunch were included with the tour and both were very good. Afternoon boat ride after lunch was relaxing. Overall, a great day and 5 stars to our guide Sergio Buitrago!!

We had a wonderful time with Luisa in Guatapé. We could choose our pick up time (6am for us) and Luisa picked us up at our hotel. She was very friendly and knowledgeble. We went to the top of El Peñol and visited Guatapé together. We really really enjoyed it and would recommend the tour a lot as we were there before all the busses arrived. As it was a private tour we could choose the time we spent at the places and where back im Medellin at 1 pm.

I booked this tour with my partner and we could not have had a better experience. Our tour guide was Joshua and he was a 12/10 tour guide. He picked us up right at the hostel we were staying at - he was informative, professional and very easy-going. He was great with letting us go at our own pace and we spent much of our tour time exploring the “Comuna 13” and the Downtown area. We never made it to the cable cars which was our own decision because we wanted to spend more time at the first two destinations and Joshua was very accommodating. “Comuna 13” was a bustling favela type neighborhood that had plenty of cool things to check out: Bars/Restaurants, Street Food, Street Graffiti, Soccer Field and Joshua gave some insight to the history of the neighborhood as it was “the most dangerous” neighborhood back in the ‘80’s. From there we went to the downtown area where we walked around and Joshua explained some of the more prominent buildings in the downtown area and we did some shopping with the local vendors. He also took us to the “Nacional Palacio” which was their version of a mall but it was a beautiful building with an art museum on the rooftop floor which i would highly recommend checking out. Joshua was also EXTREMELY helpful with helping us haggle on prices in the downtown area as me and my partner were not the best at speaking Spanish. All in all - we had a great time and cannot thank Joshua enough for a great day exploring the city of Medellín!

Mateo was our friendly and courteous driver who came to pick us up at our hotel right on time. He was very knowledgeable about the different places he took us, in a very nice and comfortable car. He also took tons of pictures in a creative way. I surely would recommend this tour to anyone that wants to know Medellin in a pleasant way.

What a great experience! We had so much fun and Michael was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job of alerting people in our upcoming path that we would be biking that way. We felt safe the entire time and got to see the real Medellín, not just the fancy areas. The electric bikes were great for going up the mountain. The snack included was fantastic! Highly recommend Michael

This is a great full day experience, and Julio is a fantastic guide. Honestly would have expected it to cost twice as much - you definitely get a well-filled day of activities and touring. Well suited for kids - we brought our 8 and 10 year olds. Do bring shoes that can get muddy for the coffee plantation!
