It's a bit expensive as you're charged by the person. At $30 each, I paid $60 for two people which is a bit pricey especially for Colombia. But the service was 5 star, and it was the most reliable option available at the time. The driver was on time and drove well, and his vehicle was great.

Additionally he couldn’t figure out where our hotel was and dropped us 3 blocks away as we carried our luggage through a bustling street at 11:30pm.

Great experience, driver was texting me as soon as I landed, asking for line-length updates at customs. I met him as soon as I left immigration and customs, and we walked to the car. On the way to my hotel, he accommodated my request to stop at an ATM. Very professional service. The car was nice had a lot of room was comfortable.

Good provider tough circumstances

Medellin airport is a nightmare. The driver couldn’t find parking. The delay in pick up cost us a precious hour. Also traffic in Medellin is awful. Not the driver’s fault. Plan your activities accordingly.
