I think there was a system error with my booking, so I had to reach out to the operator to confirm pick up details as well as there was an issue getting picked up due to this issue. The contact person we met for the pick up was a bit sassy towards us and blamed us for this issue. This was not a good start. However, once we arrived, everything else was great. The value for the money is phenomenal. We were greeted with complimentary tea and a dedicated guide (point of contact) that speaks our native language, there was traditional singing and dancing, a belly dancer, and a fire eater as the entertainment. There are actually two pools to use and not just one. Unlimited bottled water is included. The dinner provides more food than two people could possibly eat. During the show, the staff does a great job getting the crowd engaged. Overall it was a great experience and well worth the money. Highly recommend!

This was hands-down one of the best value Viator excursions we have ever done anywhere in the world. I would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Our guide, Hicham, was fantastic from start to finish. He reached out with excellent communication regarding our pickup. Because we stayed at the Iberostar Palmeraie, which is located outside of Marrakech, our excursion lasted over 7 hours (from 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM). Even with the extra distance, the pickup and drop-off were perfectly on time and completely hassle-free. The journey out took a bit of time as we picked up other guests from their hotels, but Hicham kindly provided us with water to keep us comfortable along the way. Before reaching the desert, we made a stop at a local women’s cooperative shop. It was a lovely experience with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Once we arrived at the desert camp, Hicham continued to take excellent care of our group. The activities were incredibly well-organized: Quad Bikes: An absolute blast! We spent about 50 minutes riding around the desert tracks. My partner and I shared a quad, and they let us stop halfway for photos. They even gave us the option to swap drivers halfway through if someone just wanted a short turn to try it out. Great fun all around. Camel Ride: A beautiful, peaceful 20-minute ride around a track. It was the perfect, tranquil contrast to the high-energy quad biking. Dinner & Show: Hicham personally showed us to our seats for the evening. Water was provided on the tables, and there is a small shop on-site if you want to purchase soft drinks. The food was delicious and very much needed after the activities—we were served traditional Moroccan soup, chicken tagine, potatoes, vegetables, and couscous.The entertainment started with traditional Moroccan music, followed by some more upbeat songs that got everyone up and dancing. The night ended beautifully with an excellent and entertaining fire show!! We were dropped off safely right outside our hotel at the end of the evening. From the thrilling activities to the great food and Hicham’s attentive care, the entire experience was flawless. Don't hesitate to book this!

A well organised tour, well worth the 3 hour journey, we were picked up not far from our Riad at 8.30am and had a stop half way through the journey for toilet and refreshments. Once we arrived we were past to our guide (Ejlaydy) who was great, he gave us some history of the area and Berber life on the journey down. It's a reasonable hike down the trail with lots of view points and things to see on the way including the monkeys, hint - take some fruit or tomatoes with you to feed them! Once at the waterfall base, we had a break so we could take photos etc and then took the boat ride which was so much fun! After this it is a upward hike via many many steps so be prepared! Around 3/4 of the way up we stopped for lunch over looking the falls, lunch was good and plenty of food, water was included but not other drinks. Over all well worth the money paid and would definitely recommend. Our driver Hicham was brilliant. One of the other guides even went into the waterfall to retrieve something I dropped from the bridge! Brilliant trip and staff.
