The experience was amazing.... we had such a blast and he always took any suggestions into considerations. Youssef is an amazing guy. He took us to an amazing gallery to get some souvenirs which now comparing to others was the best. I would recommend Youssef to anyone coming to Morocco to explore the city. I excellent driving trip

Omar was excellent driver in so busy city. It was more like very safe driving trip …but why not🙂 actually the YSL museum and garden needs at least 1+1hour minimum. We had bought tickets for both but arrived 5.15PM and 6PM was already closing time and it was definately too short time for these fantastic places.

Disappointed. This was like being in a taxi and the driver taking you to different locations in the city. He didn’t provide any guide-like info at all, probably had no training.

This was our final day and we wanted to round it off with the palaces and garden. Yousef was our driver and he was great very friendly, and had a great knowledge of Morocco and even football. The only thing I would has is we couldn’t get into the gardens due to online booking only. How can we book a time online when we don’t know our ar rival time? This is something Viatour & the agency need to sort out for other tourists. We still had a good time and thanks to our driver.

Visited all of the places and our driver Youssef was very informative giving detailed history during the drive between stops. Also gave good recommendations for restaurants and bars and dropped us off to one of the restaurants for dinner instead of our hotel.

The Guide ,Youssef, was good but the tour was a bit disappointing. We were just dropped at the Palace, the Tombs and the Gardens but there was no guided tour to explain what we were looking at. We saw a good overview of t h e city but we expected guidance at the highlights which we did not get. Overall a bit disappointing.

Wonderful day, Youssef our guide was brilliant, showed us loads of top sights and gave lots of information and we could see he was passionate about his city. Vehicle was air-conditioned, comfortable and clean. Youssef could not do enough, took photos as we asked him and explained about everything in detail. No hesitation in recommending this tour or Youssef, given the high temperature also it was the ideal way to see marakesh and learn so much

Great Day with a Flexible Guide, but Tough with Young Kids

Ibrahim was an excellent guide—knowledgeable, flexible, and accommodating. We travelled as 4 adults, two 8-year-olds, a 2-year-old, and a 1-year-old. The day’s plan was well thought out, but the heat made it tough for the little ones, who soon had enough. Ibrahim adjusted the itinerary so we could prioritise what we wanted to see and then return earlier. Highlights included the beautiful Bahia Palace (cash only, MAD or Euros), an interesting stop at a pharmacy where we learned about argan oil and natural remedies, and the Medina and Souks, which were fascinating though challenging with toddlers. Overall, a worthwhile day out—we’re glad we did it, though best suited for families with slightly older children (it was fine for our 8 year olds).

Cactus garden with a difference

The was so much hype of garden. It's a largely cactus garden with a few blue coloured structures, hardly merits price of entry ticket. May the expectations were high and these fallen short of. The cactus trees are worth seeing as such sizes and variety is hardly seen anywhere. The garden is small and one can see whole garden within 50 minutes comfortably.

Purchase Garden Tickets before tour

Great experience driving around the city. I didn't realise the significance of purchasing the garden & museum tickets before the tour. If I didn't read correctly, I would suggest making more mention of how important it is to purchase tickets beforehand, as it's very difficult to impossible to purchase tickets on the day.

Cab ride only

First- our driver was very nice and told us a bit about where we were going. As noted by others-it really is just a cab ride to a few things-no admissions included, and really if you are staying in the Medina-you can more efficiently walk to all places except maybe the Jardin and Yves st Laurent museum. A cab to those from Medina is maybe 5 eu. 1) get tickets to the Jardin Marjolle (sp?) as far in advance as possible-we were there in a busy time (new years week)and couldn’t get tickets the entire three days we were there. Our driver took us there, you can’t see it from the outside, so if you don’t have tickets don’t go-we literally had a cup of coffee in a local shop-no garden. Our trip include a stop at a ‘traditional pharmacy’, which was basically a 20 min sales pitch-this is a common theme among the Moroccan tours we took-this place was adjacent to the Salian tombs, a little disappointing and a waste of our time, though the sales person was nice. I’d spend your money on a good walking tour around the Medina-or just do it yourself and get tours of the actual places-most of the cool places are close enough to walk-Bahia palace, cashbah(it’s just a market), kousubian mosque and Gardens, main square, etc. we spend most of our time in terrible traffic to go short distances. Nice guy, polite, no issues, just not much value for the money.

Bahai palace was the best part. Driver/ guide, Nooruddin was very well versed with the history and significance. As we were in our own while inside, It was leisurely and we moved at our own pace. Somtimes it's better to explore a place without the constant presence of a tour guide. Loved it....
