    Fantastic !! Driver pick up from hotel was great. Camel ride well organised and guys who took us round couldn’t do enough for us. Friendly, chatty and took so many photos for us.

    information was shocking booked 2 days before trip for 9am pick up from hotel waited around nothing made contact and got told not arriving till 10am which is fine but could have told us well before if pick up is 10am not 9am when with a 4 year old my advice don’t use this company for tours or excursions

    A fun camel ride. It was raining when we had booked the ride so the organisers suggested switching to later that day, great flexibility and proactivity. Hotel pick up worked well.

    The most memorable part of our camel ride was not going on them because the driver never turned up. We booked for 1700 on 3rd august. No word from anyone until 1715 when I got a WhatsApp message stating they never received our booking until then and asked if we could re arrange. Rearranged for 1100 on 4th august. Still no driver turned up. Messaged the operator on WhatsApp who then said the driver had a problem and asked if we could go at 6pm. I said no and requested a refund and got my money back. You’d be better off buying a lilo and pretending to ride that in the pool.

    We had an incredible camel ride experience with Time Out Travel in Marrakech in December 2023. The company picked us up from our Airbnb address on time and drove us to the palm beach area. The hospitality was exceptional, and they made sure we were comfortable throughout the experience. The close to 1-hour camel ride was amazing, and the guide took multiple fantastic photos of us during the ride. We also enjoyed a refreshing tea. Overall, we highly recommend this experience with Time Out Travel/Viator. It was well-organized, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making it a memorable part of our trip to Marrakech. 🐪🌴 The camel ride and the service exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely cherish the memories of this experience.

    The best experience ever! Our guide Abdul Hadi was amazing, took the best pictures and was overall a dream. He made the kids personalised camel bracelets and rings from vine stems which was so thoughtful and lovely.

    So much fun and our pick up driver Ayoub was extremely helpful and friendly. Went at 9am so was just us two and not too hot.

    I drank camel's Milk at The fontain... It was wonderfull but anything Else was amazing as well... The marrocan guys was Very kind n safe with my dad who is 81 year old

    Un moment magique pour les enfants et les parents. La ballade avec tout le groupe en tenues berbères rendent cette randonnée réellement dépaysante. La gentillesse de nos guides, excellent cadreurs de photos et vidéos (au passage), ont fini d'enthousiasmer tout notre groupe. Un vrai moment de détente, magique, hors du temps. A recommander.

    Balade à dos de dromadaires incontournable à Marrakech ! Très agréable dans la palmeraie avec un guide super ! Des défauts tout de même, un rappel de l’empressement avec une prestation d’1h30 au global, compter 30 minutes de trajets aller-retour et 50 min de balade et 10 min pour un thé menthe. C’est dommage au vu du prix demandé. Entre 15 et 20 euros par personne.

    Super Preisleistungsverhältnis, Abholung vom Hotel vom Fahrdienst , mit einer kleinen Gruppe wurden wir von den Kameltreibern sehr nett empfangen und mit der "Berberkleidung" ausgestattet. Die friedlichen und scheinbar sehr gut behandelten Kamele haben uns bereitwillig für eine Stunde durch den Palmenhain geschaukelt. Wirklich ein großer Spaß , Fotoservice und Thé à la menthe inklusive, unbedingt empfehlenswert

    Experiencia fantástica par toda la familia. El trato familiar y el té marroquí que tomamos con ellos completaron un tour en camello inolvidable. El jóven guía les hizo a las chicas un camello con una hoja de palmera en un momento. Los camellos muy nobles y bien tratados. Muy recomendable.
