It was a very interesting experience. You'll get to see the locals doing their activities and of course enjoy the desert. We started just with camels and dinner but in the end we also hired quad bikes. I definitely recommend doing it because otherwise you'll have to wait for the group to finish that activity. The camel ride was nice and the camels were well treated. Stunning sunset! Dinner and show was good, but I would like to have more options available. Our guide Galouti was very friendly, energetic and kind. Communication was good enough at all times and he was always trying to accommodate all clients even when they spoke other languages different than English or French. Houssam our driver was honestly very good and prudent considering the roads and the traffic conditions, never rushing and keeping us safe at all times. It was an overall good and satisfactory experience with a fair price. I just recommend to get all the activities from the start: camel, quad bikes and dinner. You'll save some money.

We really enjoyed the trip. It’s designed for tourists, as it’s not really a desert, but rather a small plain with sand. However, it was my first time riding a camel, and it was an amazing experience. The food in the evening was very tasty and filling, and our guide Zakaria was attentive. The only thing I personally didn’t enjoy was the music show. The musicians performed excellently, but it was a bit too loud for me. The fire show was impressive, though.

We chose this for the sunset experience but we didn't even get that! This *may* be worth an evening if you have kids who would be fascinated by a fire eater and a subpar camel ride experience. But there's a reason this outing is cheap. The food is bland and the worst we had in Morocco, the leader is a driver only and not a guide, and the whole experience is very crowded. We had a much better camel ride on an Imlil excursion (3 Berber villages). We chose this outing for the sunset, but the camp faces the other way so you can't see the sunset. Save your precious vacation time on a better dinner elsewhere. This outing is a crowded tourist trap.

We came to Marrakesh to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and I have to say, our evening in the desert definitely made it special, Mohamed sdadi our tour guide went out of his way to make sure we had a fun and memorable evening. We did camel rides, quad biking, had a two course dinner, drinks, dancing and a fire show, the evening was absolutely packed full of amazing experiences that we will never forget. Very good value for money!

Positives: - Booked a tour for max of 15 and ended up with a smaller group of 6. - Great hospitality by the camp’s staff - they seem to have a lot of pride in welcoming visitors to their area. - Would recommend overall Some improvements to be made: - More information about Agafay Desert, the campsite we’re visiting or any special information about the performance. We got more information about the Argan oil production on the stop before the destination. - The booking on Viator indicated that there was an option to be picked up, but that wasn’t the case. - The driver / tour guide ended up rushing back to beat the crowds of tourist vans, and it felt like a Mad Max movie. - The driver did not drop us off at the pickup point, but rather on the opposite side as it was more convenient for him and his friend.

Very nice experience. The drive there was not too long or difficult. The food was delightful. And the entertainment good. Our tour guide Soso was absolutely 💯 amazing. He arranged our seating at tables, took pictures for us, made sure all of our needs were seen to and even explained the cultural dishes to us. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I wish the camel ride itself had been longer.

The team of Yousuf Soso et al were energetic, happy and caring. Whole trip went smoothly and at every step they made sure to keep us happy and involved. Felt very homely. Poorly organized tour

I can not recommend this tour. Following happened: Meeting point as shown in the booking wa different to what was communicated later via Whatsapp! Then we had to wait 30 minutes at pickup point as the tour was waiting for late passengers which did not show-up in the end (stop witing that long, please!). Due to this, we had to switch from a bus into an uncomfortble car where other people were also waiting. 40 minutes after the late departure, the car broke down due to a leak in brake / clutch hydraulics. Something like this could be safety relevant! Car had > 300'000 km on its counter... After waiting for 30 min in the middle of nowhere, we got picked up by another tourbus - also a very old and used vehicle with broken interior! They took us to the dromedary camel riding where we waited again for approx 30 minutes. The riding itself was ok, but short: some 100-200 meters of riding, then tourist photos and return back to the start... Later, the 16 seat bus took us to the dinner location, but the driver decided to drive offroad next to the paved road (without any obvious reason) and returned to the paved road after my complaint during a very steep descend! No idea on how to develop the idea to drive offroad for fun with such a bus. The dinner location was "La Maison De Village" next to the town "Lalla Takerkoust". Live music rock band was playing nicely between tents and the fire place in the middle. It looked different than shown on the photos. No bottle of water was provided until dinner! We had again no idea for how long we have to wait until dinner, which was served very late around 8.30 pm. Our neigbours got some soup and a nice Tajine with chicken and veggies, where as we got served with the soup and only some chicken with olives (still hungry afterwards). We left for Marrakesh around 9.30 pm. The driver drove us to the hotel which was a well appreciated service! Safety seems not the upmost concern of that tour company. They should invest in adequate and well maintained vehicles (as other tour operators do!). Childish offroad driving with busses should be interdicted by company policy! In addition, the passengers should receive more guidance about the programme. There are tour operators who do much better. I will avoud that company in future.

Imlil Guide are amazing. They Exceeded expectations and provided exceptional value for money. We were picked up from our hotel on time, stopped by the Argan cooperative,we sampled their products, were shown a demo, amazing ladies they are. We headed to the desert.The camel ride was epic. The 3 couse dinner was delicious and service was amazing.The entertainment of traditional music was lovely. The sunset was breathtaking.it wasnt warm enough to take a dip in the amazing outdoor pool so we opted to sit by the fire pit warmed by a roaring open fire.The guide even took amazing videos of our camel ride and forwaded to us. He reminded us to go outside and pose for sunset pics and took great shots. Staff were brilliant from booking to dropping us off after the tour. Our guide was brilliant he provided a commentary of the events: Brilliant company,amazing staff,worth every penny and more,strongly recommend booking with Imlil Guide We had a beautiful experience. -Shukran-

This is a very flexible tour that caters to the guests requests. For example, when we asked if there was traditional dress we could wear for our camel ride, our tour guide/driver Khalid found a way to get us some. Khalid was a wonderful guide who took great photos of us, the food was excellent, the music was fun and interactive, and the entire tour was well worth money. I highly recommend this tour!
