Amazing experience....
Amazing experience. Driver was great and communicated very well. I would highly recommend this tour. We actually started at 9 AM because we wanted to eat breakfast and it was enough time. When we got there, it was after all the tour buses left so there was only a few people there. This was in May 2026

A day trip to Abu Simbel and Aswan from Luxor
It was a truly amazing day. The trip was long but very well worth it. The lunch box was very nice. The driver, AMR, was truly a professional and guide, Nana, was a very lovely companion. Adding a visit to the Temple of Philae in Aswan was a wonderful idea. Thank you very much for a safe and excellent trip.

Thrilled!
The Full Day Tour to the East and West Banks of Luxor was one of the most memorable experiences of the entire Egypt trip. The day was long and quite intense, but absolutely worth it if you want to see Luxor’s most important attractions in a short time. The guide was knowledgeable and explained the history of Egypt in an engaging way, not just with dry facts. The visits to the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and Karnak Temple were the highlights. It is hard to understand how impressive these places are until you see them in real life. Karnak was especially breathtaking with its enormous columns and incredible details.

Everything Luxor In One Day
I will share information with you that I not already listed under the tour information. - Expect a FULL day. We were picked up at 4AM and dropped off at 6PM. - The hot air balloon ride is highly dependent on near perfect conditions. Be mentally prepared if it doesn't work out. - A photo and video service during the balloon will be offered for an additional 25€ (the quality of pictures taken were great) - After the hot air balloon ride, we're surprised to continue with a private tour (with the famous Dr. Mo) - At the valley of the kings, although the ticket allows 3 tombs we only had time to see 2. - For Dr. Mo to tell us the story of King Tut, it was an additional $30USD/person. I didn't feel it was worth it. You can read the information off the informational board. - The place you will be brought for lunch is a tourist trap, about $20USD per person. - The tour brought us to hands on experiences- Alabaster Store, Perfume, and Papyrus. It was very cool, but every place we went I felt obligated to buy something, hopefully you can have better will power than me! Don't be afraid to negotiate!!! It was be better to split all the things we saw between 2-3 days. But if you only have one day like us, this is a great tour!

As Egypt’s one-time ancient capital of Thebes, Luxor boasts numerous antiquities. But it’s also within easy reach of many other historical highlights, so it’s a dream destination for day-trippers. Topping the agenda are Luxor day trips that showcase West and East Bank must-sees such as the Valley of Kings’ tombs with an Egyptologist guide—some include extras such as lunch and hot-air balloon flights. Other Luxor day trips venture further afield to the Dendera and Abydos temples, explore Aswan or UNESCO-listed Abu Simbel, or even go snorkeling in Hurghada on the Red Sea.
