We had a wonderful experience on the Johnny Depp: Black Pearl Felucca Ride in Luxor. The ride itself was peaceful and scenic, and we were offered hibiscus tea, which was lovely. We enjoyed learning about the Nile and the surrounding history while sailing. The atmosphere was relaxing and gave us a beautiful perspective of Luxor from the water. We especially appreciated Mahmoud, our driver. He was reliable, professional, and so helpful that we ended up using his services for additional transportation during our stay in Luxor. That made everything much easier for us. Overall, a very enjoyable and smooth experience. We would definitely recommend it.-Faith

Abdwahab was a wonderful guide. Try knowledgable, kind and willing to make our day the unforgettable experience it was. So many highlights, but Valley of the Kings, Hatchepsut’s Temple and Ramses Temple as well as the artwork in the tombs of the Workers Village were so amazing to see.

This was an amazing experience where we were able to go at our own pace. We started at 11am and I felt like we were able to see everything! Abdo was very knowledgeable and gave us insights to every site we visited. I would recommend this tour to people in the future

Wow! An amazing experience. I was really nervous once everything started, but it was so smooth and beautiful that all nerves were forgotten within 30 seconds! We had to wait a bit for permission from the airport, but it was worth it. And the cheer that went up once clearance was given- you could feel the joy! Definitely would recommend to do this

This tour should be at the top of anyone's itinerary when visiting Luxor. My wife and I travelled to Luxor for the holidays and took this tour on New Year's Day 2026. Our tour guide, Abdul, was fantastic and made the entire experience comfortable from the start. First, he arrived at our hotel at 7:59am for an 8:00am scheduled pick up time. Next, Abdul clearly and efficiently laid out for us what we could expect from the day and gave us the freedom to choose our own itinerary. We ended up spending the morning/early afternoon with Abdul at Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Temple of Ramses III at Medinet Habu. At each stop, Abdul not only effortlessly guided us around but also provided us with a series of unforgettable history lessons on Ancient Egypt, Luxor's past, and the treasures we were about to see. The transportation was a breeze, and Abdul made sure to give us ample time at each stop. This ensured we did not feel rushed at any point during the tour, and allowed us to truly capture everything we were seeing. If you are considering a tour to the East Bank of Luxor to see the Valley of the Kings and other amazing gems, you must absolutely choose Abdul as your tour guide and take this tour. You will not be disappointed.

Ahmed was excellent! All arrangements prior to journey were faultless and trip on the day great. Added in a stop at Dendera Temple which is definitely worth doing and Ahmed was very helpful with including this. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ahmed made the journey easy.

Incredible experience! The pick-up was slightly daunting: a shabby van full of men in which all but one right at the front could speak English. However, once arriving to the West Bank, from start to finish, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had the pleasure of participating in. They offer a photography bundle on the spot for 25 dollars but you can opt for just pictures for 11 dollars I think it was. The photos actually came out really nice so I would also recommend that, it’s worth it. Special thanks to our captain Ahmed.
