We booked Ahmed through Viator for a Luxor to Hurghada car transfer. Plenty of communication from the office and the driver. Super professional, vehicle was modern, comfortable. Ahmed was super friendly, good English and so happy he offered the side excursion to the Temple of Dendera... It would not be worth the trip alone, but as a side trip, it is extraordinary and in such a brilliant state. Can highly recommend Ahmed. His young son accompanied us for the journey, his first time to the beach side - lovely touch.

The driver was very nice and the car was very comfortable Mitsubishi SUV. I'd definitely ask them again if I need the same transportation. One interesting thing was that 4 different people reached out to me via WhatsApp when I reserved them a week prior to the day. They asked me the exact destination hotel name and passport that was required regulation. It's great that they are very responsible but also made me a bit anxious who is the main contact person. When the driver was 5 min late (I am not compaline at all as they explained the traffic was unusually busy), I reached out to a couple of them and all of them were very responsible, which was great.

The driver, Ahmed, was very friendly and provided fantastic communication prior to the trip. The car was spacious, clean and comfortable. The car arrived in good time and the journey all went very well. We took the bus initially from Hurghada to Luxor but this was a much better alternative and well worth the cost. If anybody was thinking of taking a bus between the two cities I would strongly recommend reconsidering and using this private transfer for the increased comfort and time savings (it saved us around 3 hours of travel in total).

The experience was ok. Car arrived on time, and it was a 4 hour trip. The car was new. But the driver seems to smoke inside with windows closed because the car and AC smelled like an ashtray. The smell was unpleasant. Driving was ok for Egypt, and time ok. We did the stop for bathroom, and all good on that part.

Our driver, Ahmed Mido, was excellent and made the day a lot of fun. We made it everywhere safe, hassle-free, and on time. We had a great experience at Dendera Temple and would highly recommend this add on. A rest stop halfway was a welcome opportunity to stretch our legs as well.
