If you're even thinking...
If you're even thinking about doing this tour, just book it, you won't regret it!
We were a group of 10, and the team was incredibly accommodating from start to finish. The entire experience was well organized, and getting to ride in the amazing lineup of JDM sports cars made it unforgettable. Seeing these cars up close was incredible and even if you're not a huge car person, the atmosphere and excitement make this a must-do experience in Tokyo.
We been to Tokyo several times but this was our first time doing anything like this, and the only regret we have is not doing it sooner! It ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.
A huge shoutout to our guide, Yuri. He was absolutely awesome—friendly, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable about cars. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does, and his passion made the tour even better. Plus, his Lexus ICS 350 was badass! Riding with the top down made it all the more better!!
If you're visiting Tokyo and want a unique experience that's exciting, memorable, and full of incredible cars, this tour is 100% worth it. We would absolutely do it again and will be recommending it to all of our friends and family!

Mt Fuji Trip
Our tour guide, Rana, was truly professional and knowledgeable about all the locations. We started our tour at 8 AM, and Rana was punctual. The day was cloudy and rainy, so we first headed to Chureito Pagoda (🗼). We climbed 400 steps, took great photos, but didn’t see Mount Fuji due to clouds. Next, we visited Lake Kawaguchiko (🏞️). Rana suggested a speedboat (🚤), but we skipped it and enjoyed a walk. Then, we took a chance and went up to Mount Fuji’s 5th Station (🗻). Fortunately, we got a full clear view! We stopped at both the 4th and 5th stations, and Rana took many photos for us. Afterward, we visited a shrine on the way down and finally explored Oshino Hakkai Village (🏘️) with its ponds and old houses. We ended our day heading back to Tokyo with a quick coffee stop (☕). Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend requesting Rana as your tour guide!”

History and scenic beauty in Shimizu
The guide met us early in a private van. The guide knew a lot of local history. We saw Mt Fuji from a lookout and from a beautiful black sand beach. We took a aerial tram to a beautiful shrine of the shogun that united Japan. We even saw the grave of his devoted horse and marveled about the energy to build the castle. Beautiful ending to the final stop in Japan.

Delightful Day at Kochi
We had an absolutely wonderful day exploring Kochi with Kimy as our guide. From start to finish, everything was perfectly planned and executed.
Our tour included visits to Kochi Castle, a delightful sake tasting, a delicious Japanese lunch, Chikurinji Temple, and the beautiful Makino Botanical Garden. Each stop offered something unique, and Kimy shared fascinating insights about the history, culture, and traditions of the area.
What made the day truly special was Kimy’s exceptional care and attention, especially toward my elderly parents. She was patient, thoughtful, and attentive to their needs throughout the tour, ensuring they were comfortable and able to enjoy every part of the experience. Her kindness and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind.
Kochi is a beautiful destination, but Kimy made it unforgettable. Thanks to her, we enjoyed a perfect day filled with wonderful sights, delicious food and sake, and lasting memories. We highly recommend this tour and especially Kimy to anyone visiting Kochi.

An unforgettable day in Kyoto with Yujiro
Our private Kyoto tour with Yujiro (Ben) was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Japan. His knowledge of Kyoto, Japanese history, culture, and traditions is incredible, and he brought every site to life with stories and insights we never would have discovered on our own.
Communication was great. Before the tour, Yujiro reached out to learn about our interests and the places we wanted to visit. He thoughtfully customized the itinerary, accommodated our requests, and suggested additional locations that turned out to be some of our favorite stops of the day.
Not only is he an exceptional guide, but he is also a fantastic person. He was so engaging and we had such great conversations. We genuinely enjoyed spending the day with him. His recommendation for lunch was amazing. It was the best sushi we have ever eaten.
Yujiro went above and beyond throughout the entire day. He even extended the tour to accommodate our dinner reservations so he could bri g us back to our hotel. It was a small additional fee, but completely worth it for a stress-free evening. On the drive back, he stopped at a local car meet-up location because our son is a huge car enthusiast and wanted to see if there were any cool cars around. That level of thoughtfulness and personal attention made the experience even more special.
As an added bonus, Yujiro is an amazing photographer and knows all the best spots for beautiful photos throughout Kyoto. We came away with incredible memories and pictures that we will treasure for years.
If you're visiting Kyoto and want a truly personalized, informative, and unforgettable experience, book a tour with Yujiro. We would absolutely tour with him again on a future trip to Japan and cannot recommend him highly enough.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Tour Guide – The Best We’ve Had in Years!
Mozam with Ashan Global Tours was simply the best tour guide and driver we have had in a long time, and we have used Viator extensively during our travels around the world.
Mozam is a college student with a genuine passion for the history, culture, and hidden gems of Kyoto and the surrounding area. Before our tour, I provided him with a detailed list of places we hoped to see. I honestly did not expect we would be able to visit them all, but Mozam made it happen—and then exceeded our expectations by introducing us to several other points of interest that we would have otherwise missed.
His planning and driving skills were exceptional. Navigating through busy city traffic with ease, he carefully mapped out the most efficient routes, minimizing time on the road and maximizing our time enjoying each destination. Every stop felt well thought out and perfectly timed.
What truly set Mozam apart was his attentiveness and flexibility. Whenever we finished a location sooner than expected, he was immediately ready with the next destination. He also provided valuable tips and suggestions at every site, helping us avoid crowds, find the best viewpoints, and make the most of our visit. Those small insights enhanced our experience and saved us a lot of time.
Thanks to Mozam, our visit to Osaka and Kyoto was one of the most enjoyable and memorable experiences of our trip to Japan. I highly recommend Ashan Global Tours and, if possible, specifically request Mozam as your guide. He is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and truly dedicated to ensuring his guests have an amazing experience. In fact, I have already recommended Mozam and this service to a friend who will be visiting Japan this December.
Thank you, Mozam, for an unforgettable day and for showing us the absolute best of Osaka and Kyoto!

Juicy Melons
The day was at Furano Lavender & Melon, Blue Pond, Shirahige waterfalls, and Cheese Factory. We are not the type of family to stay and linger at a site, so after seeing what we needed to see and pic taking, our guide Mr. Maki was more than happy to hit the road. He was a nice man who spoke English and stopped off at several Family Marts so we could hunt for Pokemon packs. It was a good day to get out and see the countryside and farm land. Thank you.

Wow. Wow. Wow.
Ryu was an absolutely incredible guide in Kyoto. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient, and genuinely passionate about showing us the best of the city.
What really stood out was how much effort he put into making everything feel personal and seamless. He did not just guide me around Kyoto, he made the whole day feel special. His recommendations, stories, attention to detail, and overall energy were amazing.
Ryu is a complete legend. I could not recommend him more highly to anyone visiting Kyoto. If you are lucky enough to have him as your guide, you are in for an incredible experience. I've been in japan for 10 days now, have used 3 tour agencies, and this was BY FAR the best day I've had.

Too much fun in Osaka!
This was a BLAST! Cruising around Osaka at night was awesome. Ginga was a fantastic guide. He made sure we all felt comfortable and looked after all of us. He took so many cool pictures of everyone! Everyone from check in to leaving was so nice!! You would be a fool not to go to Street CART!

Dope!
My best friend and I went in February, and had such a good time. It was one of our favorite parts of the trip! I’ve been to Japan so many times and lived there for several months in 2016 but I had never been to the JDM Daikoku Parking lot. It’s in Yokohama so if you’ve never been to Yokohama before, i’d recommend to just spend the day there exploring. We went on a week night and there was a lot of people and cars. The weather was perfect!!! Not a single rain drop that night. We saw several McLarens, we didn’t expect that so it was pretty dope! I’ve attached several photos. What made this tour even better, was our guide Takuya. He was prompt and already there before pick up time. He made us feel so comfortable and at ease, and is so knowledgeable. He was pointing out places with car history on the way there. After Daikoku parking lot, he took us to the Nissan Museum and that was fun! We had a good time in the museum. Thank you Takuya!

Be forewarned if you choose a Saturday or Sunday.
The trip it self was just fine. A great variety of activities and we lucked into a great view of Mt Fuji. However I feel totally mislead by Viator. They advertise this trip including a return by bus but apparently there is some fine print somewhere that says there is no bus on the weekends. So why accept my reservation for a Sunday and when we're on the tour find out we have to make our own way home. If a bus is included Monday to Friday then shouldn't we be charged less on Sunday and informed in large letters that there is no bus. Terrible customer service.

Michael was amazing...
Michael was amazing during our tour. He is extremely knowledgeable about cars and car culture. He was able to share some of his story with us which is truly appreciated. The best part is that he still got us safely to each stop and back in the first snowfall of the season in Tokyo!
