Our guide, James, was patient, and worked hard to make sure everyone had a a chance to get their questions answered, was attentive to our wellbeing as we rose in elevation, and guided us well thru every part of the experince. The star photography was also an amazing experince.

Perfect way to spend an afternoon on Maui

We did an adult siblings trip to Maui. This excursion was by far our favorite activity to do as a group. The food and open bar was worth the price itself, the catamaran ride and the snorkeling was such a fun experience. Perfect way to spend an afternoon. Great Snorkel trip! See the turtles!

This was awesome! The deck guys were very friendly and helpful. We had inexperienced people with us and everyone had a great time. There was no rush and we had plenty of time with the sea turtles. They were swimming right with us on the reef. The ride was pleasant and the beverages and snacks were a bonus. We also saw lots of dolphins on our way back. Well worth the time; our kids said this was their favorite thing we did in Hawaii.

Turtles, dolphins, and coral reef galore!

What a unique and exciting experience! Naomi and Captain Redbeard were incredible guides who interspersed humor with safety along with kindness and patience. The best part is you don't need to know how to swim or snorkel to be able to participate: there are life vests for every person and they explain the snorkel gear clearly. The boat was smaller than other tours but for good reason: they got us close to a cove known to have sea turtles that larger boats couldn't access. We were not disappointed! We saw so many turtles and the beautiful reef too. On the ride over to the crater we even saw multiple flipper dolphins! The Molokini crater was much more crowded but it didn't matter; we were able to see hundreds of different fish species and even more coral reef. The water was super clear and we were given ample time to explore or just float in the water looking at God's masterpiece. Naomi and Captain Redbeard were happy to take photos and videos and help with any issues that arose. Make sure to wear reef safe sunscreen and be prepared for possible rain and cold water. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd highly recommend!

Enjoyable Hike to the Waterfalls

I love to hike, so overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this wet, muddy, slippery hike! I am height-challenged, so there were a few spots where I needed assistance to climb over large fallen tree trunks and step up/down in some spots, but I'm accustomed to this type of challenge & it has yet to stop me from continuing to hike. I highly recommend wearing water-resistant hiking shoes or carry a pair of water shoes to switch into for the waterfalls. Women intending to enter the water should consider wearing a two-piece swimsuit under hiking clothes because it's too dirty in the port-a-potties to pull off exterior clothing & pull-down a one-piece swimsuit to use the facility! Our guide, Grayson, took great care of us in the group and made this hike both educational & entertaining.

Amazing !!!!

My daughter and husband took their surf lesson and enjoyed it immensely. The class begins with a detailed introduction on how to handle the board; afterward, they were taken out to the ocean with the group to catch some waves. The instructors are very professional and always attentive to every single person. My only regret is not having signed up for the lessons myself, but I am sure I will return to Maui and give them a call to take another class—this time, all together.

Memory making with my grandson!

My grandson had never parasailed before even though I had. The whole experience was easy from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful with clear directions, skilled and patient staff, the boat was clean and well equipped too. This is a great activity to do with kids and family members! I highly recommend UFO Parasailing experience to anyone that wants to try this amazing and fun activity!
