Not for people with...
Not for people with walking disability. The organization is poor. Backwards and forwards. People sending you one way and then another. Not very friendly or helpful staff either. Poor signage when we saw any. Sandra, our guide was excellent

Best thing to do in Granada
We had a great tour of the Alhambra, Generalife gardens and Nasrid palaces originally built by the Nasrid dynasty with some additional by the Spanish Christian monarchs. We had a great guide who shared insights on how Granada was ruled over the centuries. Beautiful architectures from the Nasrid influence. Well worth the visit.

Insightful tour
Whilst you can visit again after the tour you are not allowed back into the Nasrin palace. Carlos our guide was very knowledgeable and painted a really good picture of history. Weaved really well.

This is a travel must-do. Having a guided tour elevates the experience exponentially. Ruth was our tour guide who we would in every way recommend; relaxed, knowledgeable, and organised, she made a great experience truly amazing.

Generalife Gardens
  • The Generalife Gardens are a must-visit for all first-time visitors to Granada.

  • Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to do quite a bit of walking.

  • Don’t forget to bring sun protection, as southern Spain can get very hot.

  • Strollers are not permitted on the grounds of the Generalife, so plan to bring a baby carrier if needed.

  • The Generalife Gardens are mostly wheelchair accessible, and there are modified tours that cater to—and include—wheelchairs.
