The guide was very sweet but I got a guided tour only of generalife. As I didn’t have tickets to nassrid palace and the rest of people did. So I had to go to the main area on my own without any audio guide or guide. Viator should have clarified that the guided tour is only of generalife but I paid overall for the guided tour. So I blame Viator and not the guide. Guide was good and explained properly
