Great experience!

We had an absolutely unforgettable experience swimming with the manatees! From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organized, and we felt safe, informed, and genuinely cared for. Captain Justin was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip enjoyable from the moment we got on the boat. Our guide, Storm, was truly exceptional. He guided us so patiently and professionally in the water, making sure we had the best possible encounters while always respecting the manatees. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and calm guidance made us feel comfortable and confident, especially as first-time snorkelers. This was such a unique and magical experience, and it wouldn’t have been the same without Justin and Storm. They clearly care about both their guests and the manatees, and it shows in everything they do. We can’t thank them enough for making it such a memorable adventure. Highly, highly recommend!

Amazing day, with Amazing crew and new friends

We absolutely love our experience. The crew was amazing, taking time to interact with the guest while ensuring safety. The drinks was amazing. We actually sat by 5 individuals that live all over the US now, but was originally from our home state. The only thing I would have changed is possibly found a different swim area for the afternoon. By the time we got in the water there wasn't much sea life to be seen.

I took this excursion with my teenager. We both had a great time. I hadn’t snorkeled in a long time and appreciated the instructions to refresh my memory. The crew showed us a good time, kept us hydrated, brought out snacks, and pointed out interesting bits of information. This was one of the highlights of our trip overall. I would do it again in a heartbeat if we’re ever back this way!

Jorge is an exceptional instructor—patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable before entering the water. Throughout the tour, he constantly checked on everyone and made sure no one was left behind. His calm and encouraging approach gave us the confidence to fully enjoy the experience. We saw amazing marine life and learned so much along the way. If you're thinking about trying snorkeling for the first time, don't hesitate—book with Jorge. You won't be disappointed. Great, especially for beginners!

This was Awesome! If you are a beginner, rusty and a little bit worried or fearful of the unknown, this is for you. The hosts were kind, patient, and truly enjoy their job. My 18 yr old daughter didn’t get in but she took a nice boat ride. If you can bring an underwater camera. Since I was inexperienced, it was a bit to get my phone out in the waterproof pouch.

Family Life Experiences. Took our adult children.

This was a really great experience. We took our adult children and their spouses out for the day. It was cloudy and I was really anxious about what the boat ride would look like. Make sure you check your your wind for the day wind between zero and 10 mph. You should have minimum waves and the boat ride should be pretty smooth. A couple sprinkles doesn’t ruin anything at the reef. We saw plenty of wildlife and everything was really organized Brandon justice and Joe did a great job of explaining the process and navigating us to the reef. Told to get there an hour...

Told to get there an hour early. You really only needed to get there about 30 minutes early. You don’t board based on the time you check in so getting there early doesn’t guarantee a seat. Being there extra early was just to give you an opportunity to shop. Otherwise Captain Ana and the rest of the crew were great. Definitely would do it again

Fun day! We enjoyed the 45 minute ride to the reef, boat was clean and comfortable, crew was friendly, and there was a bathroom on board and plenty of water available. Snorkeling was great…beautiful reef, saw lots of fish, safety information and guidance from the crew was super helpful. Note…snorkeling was off the boat in open ocean, so maybe a bit intimidating for first timers or young kids? That said, the crew did a great job of providing help, ideas and modifications to accommodate various swimming levels and snorkeling experiences. Music and fruity adult drinks were also a fun touch! Would definitely recommend!

The half day option is fantastic with kids. Our 13 and 7 year old loved the adventures available. If you’re a lover of water and adventure/adrenaline, this is a great option to do it all. Families with kids who aren’t open to risk might feel it’s not worth the cost. My brave kids loved parasailing, banana boat and inflatable adventure course - I got to head out on the jet ski on my own and the crew entertained them with care. Bring cash to pay for the parasailing photos, totally worth it!!

Great excursion from Key West

My husband and I did this trip on Christmas Eve and had a wonderful time. We weren't sure we would really see dolphins, but we did! Our captain diligently drove the boat around until we found a group or two in the shallows. We then went to a different area to snorkel for a bit; there were some fish but not a ton of sea life (I didn't mind, it was fun just being in the water). They provided drinks after swimming and the vibe was very laid-back and friendly. We had a great time and would recommend this trip to others!

So much fun!

Me and my teenage daughter did our very first mother-daughter trip to Destin and we chose the Soundside Cruiser dolphin tour and snorkeling. Captain Sean was great! We saw lots of dolphins!! We even saw a few jellyfish and a couple of small sharks. After they took us snorkeling in some shallow water and we found lots of hermit crabs and some sea shells. My daughter really enjoyed it! Thank you Captain Sean for making our first mother-daughter trip so memorable! ❤️
