It was wonderful in the sense of the guide was great and kind However I paid 500$ for my family for 2 hrs it lasted 1.5 hrs instead and we did no open water just mangrove and back. This is my 4th time doing this same experience same exact launching area and it didn’t really give us any opportunity for manatees as the mangrove is obviously too shallow for it and again it was there and back. For 500$ to loose over 30 mins of the time spent ( some was spent standing on the shore of a sandy area) cure for pics for also more time not doing the tour.

Mother Nature is a hater
My daughters (26 and 24) neice (13) and I were SO excited to wrap up our week in Florida at Three Sister Springs....but Mother Nature had other plans. We went out on the water because we expected the rain yo come down hard for 10 minutes and then clear out (typical Florida weather) but we ended up sitting under a bridge for about 30 minutes before just calling it because the lightning and thunder wasn't letting up. The reason for thr 5 stars?
Booking was easy,
The price was fair,
We were running late but they still worked with us,
Our guide, Ms. Jax I believe, was wonderful,
They sent someone out to 'rescue' us so we didny have yo choose between paddling back or staying under the bridge waiting for the weather to clear,
They offered other times or extended time (we couldnt, we had a BBQ to get to and were hitting the road back to Alabama the next morning),
I asked for a discount but they reached out to Viator to refund us.
The 5 stars is because the experience OUTSIDE of the weather (which they could not control) was great enough that as we were driving away, looking like drowned rats, all 4 of us said our FIRST stop when we come back to Florida will be Crystal River to go clear kayaking!

Great expierance!
There are only tandem kyacks. We were really looking forward to single kyacking but the paddle boards were great. Our guide was amazing and took the extra time to take photos for us and them send them at the end. I defiantly recommend them for touring.

Great time on the water!
Fun couple of hours kayaking the bay and walking the beach/shoreline looking for manatees and dolphins. Kinsey was a great guide, very informative and easy going. We spotted a baby dolphin learning to hunt with its mother as well as a few manatees. Even without the wildlife, the kayaking alone was worth the money. 10/10 would recommend.

With the third-party...
With the third-party vendors, they are in the parking lot area wasn’t hard to reach him. You have to pay to get in the park, which is only like six dollars. People are very helpful. I was late and they were still very accommodating. The kayaking itself was amazing and beautiful. I am inexperienced. And at one point, you do have to swim Against The Current for a little while it wasn’t terrible but if you feel like it’s a lot of work along definitely make sure you go with someone.

Wonderful experience
This was a wonderful experience. The kayaking was not difficult, and the scenery was amazing. We didn’t get to see wildlife. We went in late June. My husband and 4 year old shared a kayak, and the little one did great. No issues. My 17 year old loved it.

11/10 experience!
We had a great time! Highly recommend the morning before the heat sets in. For my science teacher husband, this was a perfect, family friendly experience that blended a tour of the mangroves and local wildlife with a beach session at the island towards the end. We were lucky enough to get a dolphin sighting at the beginning! We will most definitely be doing this again with our daughters and other friends and family who come to visit. Luke was a great, knowledgeable, laid back and kind tour guide!

Great Experience
Last night's kayaking excursion was a great time from start to finish. We launched at 9:30pm, already fully dark, and paddling out into the open water under the night sky created an atmosphere unlike anything I've experienced. The glow sticks attached to our kayaks cast a soft trail of light across the rippling surface, and once we cleared the shoreline lights, the stars came out in full force overhead.
The hosts were amazing — knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about sharing the experience safely. They pointed out constellations, shared local ecology facts, and made sure everyone felt confident on the water, even first-timers in our group.
By the time we paddled back to shore, everyone agreed: this wasn't just a kayaking trip, it was a memory. Highly recommend.

Definitely recommend!!
So beautiful & staff were super friendly. We got there around 3-3:00 & left just before closing time (5:00pm). We were able to see almost everything except the pumas which they have out earlier in the morning. We chose not to get on a tram but we were glad we didn’t. I enjoyed the experience more being able to go at my own paste & we were still able to hear some of the information about the animals as the trams went past. They had tons of different animals, insects, reptiles & plants. Beautiful garden & an amazing experience to see so many plants & animals in an almost natural environment. Would definitely recommended to anyone amazed by plants & animals & who enjoy walking! Beautiful experience overall!!

We had an incredibly enjoyable two-hour outing with our family and kids. The scenery was beautiful—we paddled through mangroves and saw some amazing wildlife, including a dolphin and even a manatee. It was also a great way to get some exercise while still feeling relaxed and immersed in nature.
I shared a tandem kayak with my 13 year old son, which made it even more fun. There were a couple of slightly tricky moments navigating the narrower mangrove tunnels, but nothing we couldn’t handle—and it added a bit of excitement to the experience.
Another review mentioned not to forget the sunblock—I second this!
Our guide, Kenny, really made the trip special. He was knowledgeable, calm, and genuinely enjoyable to paddle alongside. Overall, a memorable experience we’d absolutely recommend.

Birthday flight!
My best friend and I traveled to Key West for my 50th Birthday and we did the parasail excursion. It was amazing! Captain Tony and Tanner were so professional and fun. They explained everything and put us at ease. I was quite nervous about going up but once I was up it really is nothing short of breathtaking. It's so quiet up in the air and there is nothing to be afraid about. The landing was just as smooth! Thanks guys for making my day and my birthday 🎂🎈 great!

Keeping the trend going!
I took two of my grandsons for their first parasailing flight and they loved it and wanted to go again! I have now taken my 5 grandsons for their first flight and each of them will go again! I keep coming back to Eagle Parasailing because I've had a great experience each time I have gone. Captain Ike and Matt created a fun atmosphere for all of us and made sure we knew exactly what we needed to do. I would recommend them for your first flight or return flight!!
