A *MUST* if you are visiting Cuzco
The best organised tour company I’ve experienced in Cuzco. I can’t recommend them enough.
Kristien and Cesar were brilliant. With a special mention to Kristien who was very attentive and encouraging.
I would recommend taking the Red Valley option. It’s worth the extra hike.

Amazing experience
This was an amazing tour. It is very uphill so be mindful of that but renting a horse is optional for additional money. I had Tito as my tour guide and he was amazing. He was attentive and always in good spirits. Highly recommend this tour with this company.

The early travel is worth to see the rainbow mountain!
A must visit if you are in Cusco, the tour was pretty well organized and the guide "Mr.Wayra" bought the energy needed for the group pushing the energy levels of us to make the summit hike look easily. He explained all the history of the mountains and the needed photo spots. The good and the cab service was also Up To the mark!

We had a great experience...
We had a great experience with Apu Asangate Trek during our visit to Cusco. The tour was well organized, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
Our tour guide, Felipe, was excellent. He shared fascinating information about the Quechua community and culture, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. He also guided our group through Moray and the Maras Salt Mines, providing interesting historical and cultural insights at each location.
We appreciate the company's organization and professionalism and would highly recommend Apu Asangate Trek to anyone planning a trip to Cusco. They helped make our visit a memorable one.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience for us! The communication with tour operator was easy, they sent us all information about pick up time and our guide. The tour was great, we visited amazing places. The guide took care about us carefully, he told us many interesting information about the places and he organised everything smoothly. We had comfortable car and because we were a small group - only 6 people, we enjoyed all places a lot. The lunch was perfect too!!! We really recommend this tour.

Rainbow Mtn by ATV … the Best!
This was a really early start (and I doubted, at first this decision) However, it was the best decision! Pickup at our hotel was around 3am but we slept a bit in the van. After the stops to pick up up passengers, we journeyed a few hours where stopped for breakfast. Then we headed one more hour to the base camp of the ATVs. The sun was dawning and it was cold. Bring hats, gloves and a winter coat . We were outfitted with the atv and headed to Rainbow Mtn. - so much Fun! About 20 minute ride . At Rainow Mtn, we were given some time to walk around to the different pictures sights &just take it in. I will say there were no crowds at this time so it was very serene. Perfect blue skies graced our day.
After our Atv back (again so much fun and better than walking) we boarded the van and stopped for lunch at the same place for breakfast. A little bumper to lumper traffic back into Cusco slowed us down a little. But I must say that arriving back in the early afternoon gave us the whole day to keep exploring Cusco :)
This was a great excursion and highly recommend if the early departure isn’t a factor. It was awesome to see Rainbow Mtn before all the crowds showed up and it was a wonderful sight to see and experience.

Don’t miss it!
Wilson was an incredible guide! He was patient teaching us how to use the quads and was full of energy, positivity, and knowledge. The ride through the mountains was incredible with a beautiful photo stop, plus visits to Moray and Mara Salt Mines! At the mines we were also able to sample local chocolate and salt.

Very good customer service
We are a group of 4. We booked the trip 3 months before the trip, and they immidiately got the tickets for us, they reached out to us regarding the available route, and we wanted a circuit 2 ticket but unfortunately was sold out that day, and told us the earliest available day which is a few days apart than our intended day, so we made arrangement and we got the tickets!!! Before the day of pick up they sent instructions for the trip. We were picked up on time on our hotel on a private car. Our guide gary was very knowledgeable and guide us every step of our way. He even walk with us to the train and to the hotel. The hotel on aguas calliente has a very good location. It is near the station and the shops. Good river view and good breakfast selection. The machu picchu trip was amazing as always, but our guide gary is very knowledgeable and also knows where the good photo spots are and also offered to take our pictures. He was very helpful. And if we ever need something their customer service is just 1 message away. They respond easily. Like for example when we got out of the train we couldnt find the driver and they coordinated with him.
All in all very good customer service and very good guide! Would recommend to my friends. Thank you to the activity provider for a very good tour

Sacred Valley Trip
The trip started at 7:45 with a pickup from our hotel. Went to Pisco to see the Incan site, then went into the town of Pisco to shop. Continued on to Urubomba for a teriffic lunch. Not the standard roadside food, but real kicking great culinary experience. Then went Ollantaytambo to drop off a few of our group at train station and continued to the ruins near train station. Loaded up for return to Cusco, but wait…..one more stop at a really cool textile factory. Got back to hotel around 7:15p. It was a great day. Thank you Clara and our fantastic bus driver.

Amazing and complete experience
This was an amazing tour. Rogelio was our guide. He is local and very knowledgable. We skipped all the difficult hiking and instead drove motorcycles to the highest point possible. Then, the little walk up to the top of the mointain was way more maneagable for us (living at sea level). Afterwards, we drove ATVs around the area were we watched alpaca and llama farming and Mountain Ausangante. It felt that this was much more of a complete experience than the hiking only tours. Also, the brakfast and lunch by locals was really good! Thank you so much for this experience!

Thank you Eduardo!
Eduardo gave us the team name of Team Sexy Llamas, and we were absolutely here for it! It was easy to find our group every time. We went to the same spot for breakfast and lunch, both of which were delicious and plentiful. It also had a gorgeous mountain view and clean bathrooms. Our driver Nicholas was also fantastic at navigating the difficult turns up the mountain. When we finally started our hike, we were given hiking sticks to assist us. Eduardo was great to chat with during the way up, making jokes and sharing information about the Humantay lake and Peru. The trail in the beginning was tolerable but for the more difficult steep incline section up the mountain, we had the option to rent horses for 80PEN which we gladly took. The way down was much easier on foot for everyone and the horse option is not available. Once reaching the lake, we had about an hour to explore, take photos, and rest. The lake was so beautiful and worth the hike. Eduardo took this time to give a history lesson for the entire group. He also helped a party member that was struggling with altitude sickness by giving her an oxygen tank from his backpack. He met us back down the mountain at the bus, and constantly counted to make sure everyone was both safe and accounted for. Would absolutely recommend this exact itinerary to anyone interested in visiting!
