This tour moved quickly from each spot and was efficient. No issues or complaints. If you want to spend more time at any of these places I would recommend something else, because this one moves quick, which I loved
A very long day but you get to see so many different places. They add in the obligatory stopping stops but it was fine. The only thing that seemed unorganized was we showed up at the square at exactly the time we were told and everyone was already on the bus they almost left us. Then they didn’t separate the groups into languages so our guide had to keep switching back and forth between English and Spanish.
This company has serious communication issues.
1. I booked the tour with pickup at my hotel, but the night before they sent a WhatsApp message saying the meeting point was at the Plaza. I had to chase them with messages to correct this mistake.
2. I asked if I could end the tour in Ollantaytambo. They failed to mention that this would mean skipping Pisac.
3. I realized that myself and asked if they could adjust the itinerary so the last stop would be Ollantaytambo. They said yes, but it turned out they misunderstood my request — the itinerary could not be changed.
4. As a workaround, I asked if I could rejoin the tour from Ollantaytambo two days later to visit Pisac and return to Cusco. They agreed and told me to meet the group at the archaeological site at 2:30 pm. However, they ignored my request for the van’s license plate or the guide’s name and number. The parking lot was full of identical vans — how did they expect me to find the right one without that information?
At that point, I gave up and decided to cut my losses. To make matters worse, at the Ollantaytambo site other guides were actively explaining things to their groups, while ours was nowhere to be found.

This was an amazing tour that included the main sites in the sacred valley and surrounding area. Our guide was Benito who did an amazing job of explaining all the sites, keeping us on track and taking photos! I would highly recommend this tour!

The guide and the restaurant were great, but the last 2 stops were very rushed. Also the itinerary includes 2 tourist traps; a stop at a shop explaining how wool clothing is made at the beginning, and a stop at a jewelry store which is not shown on the itinerary on viator at the end of the tour. We were told we were stopping at the capital of Pisac but it ended being a stop at a jewelry store so we'd buy something. Also the stop at the wool shop is an open air establishment so you're literally freezing at 6am.
Also when we got to Pisac it was almost dark and we only spent about 35 min there after a 1h30 min drive...

Pick up was stated to meet at 6:15 at the plaza de armas but per there request we arrived at 6:10z they arrived at 6:20 and a gentleman came to the middle of the square and called our name. We were escorted to a private van. The van was comfortable. We enjoyed all the archeological sites. Perfect way to see many ruins in one day, lunch was at a gorgeous restaurant and we enjoyed the corner outside table.

William is a certified tour guide, and our driver was fantastic (which, as it turns out, is critical). William found us a quiet place at each very crowded location to give us the history. After that our free time carried from 15-30 minutes. We had two “touristy” stops, to taste salts and learn about the local made jewelers (it’s gorgeous). Lunch was at a big beautiful restaurant , buffet overlooking the mountains with live flute music.
It is a full day, and tiring, but worth it! We can’t figure out why people would pay $100USD for this when they could have a great experience for this fantastic price.
