Peruvian Cooking with Friends!
From the market tour to the hands on cooking, Jorge was phenomenal and a master at his craft. He kept everyone involved and answered all our questions. He taught us how to both cook authentic Peruvian cuisine, but present it as well. The small group size allowed for small talk and learning of others in the class. I would highly recommend the class if you are in Cusco.

Fantastic cooking and culinary class
Wonderful experience! Nice tour of the market to start, delightful cooking class. Very approachable, personable chef made this experience wonderful for our family. Great variety of dishes and techniques. Lovely discussion about Peruvian culinary traditions and modern Peruvian culture. This was our last activity after a delightful trip and was really the cherry on top!

Great Cuzco Experience
We had such a fantastic experience at this chocolate-making class in Cusco. Honestly, it was so much better than expected. We learned so much about the history of chocolate in South America, from its ancient roots to how it’s prepared today, and it was presented in a way that was fun, engaging, and truly interactive. Miguel was incredible! He was so knowledgeable, fun, and genuinely connecting. He made the experience feel personal and alive, not like a typical tourist activity. My husband, our friend, and I were all completely engaged the whole time and had an absolute blast. If you’re in Cusco and even slightly interested in chocolate or cultural history, don’t miss this. One of our favorite experiences of the trip!

This experience is beyond...
This experience is beyond my expectation! When we arrived, Christiana greeted us warmly. Once all the guests settled in, we started with fruits taster, we had a lot of interactions to identify each fruit. Then we moved to the “marketplace” with her explanation of each ingredients . The third session is preparing our appetizers, again this is so much fun. The fourth is our main course, finally we made our pisco sour and cocktail. This cooking class is more than food, it gave us a deeper understanding of Peruvian food, its culture, agriculture, fusion and geography. Christina’s enthusiasm and passion highlights this class! This experience enriches my appreciation of Peruvian food and its history.
