From market to table
We really enjoyed this experience with chef Jorge. He took us shopping for the ingredients in the local market. Showed us the variety of Peruvian produce and then showed us a sampling of how to cook it. The food was very yummy. We also learnt to present it beautifully. Would highly recommend

Fantastic cooking and culinary class
Wonderful experience! Nice tour of the market to start, delightful cooking class. Very approachable, personable chef made this experience wonderful for our family. Great variety of dishes and techniques. Lovely discussion about Peruvian culinary traditions and modern Peruvian culture. This was our last activity after a delightful trip and was really the cherry on top!

Highlight of our Visit! 🍫🌟🍫🌟
If you are visiting Cusco, this chocolate-making class is an absolute must! Our family had such a fantastic experience from start to finish. The class was engaging, interactive, and incredibly fun as we learned about the entire cacao process—from bean to bar.
The team made the experience both educational and entertaining, and getting to create our own chocolates was such a memorable highlight. It was the perfect blend of culture, hands-on learning, and delicious fun.
This was truly one of the highlights of our time in Cusco. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience while visiting the city!

This experience is beyond...
This experience is beyond my expectation! When we arrived, Christiana greeted us warmly. Once all the guests settled in, we started with fruits taster, we had a lot of interactions to identify each fruit. Then we moved to the “marketplace” with her explanation of each ingredients . The third session is preparing our appetizers, again this is so much fun. The fourth is our main course, finally we made our pisco sour and cocktail.
This cooking class is more than food, it gave us a deeper understanding of Peruvian food, its culture, agriculture, fusion and geography.
Christina’s enthusiasm and passion highlights this class! This experience enriches my appreciation of Peruvian food and its history.

My husband and I had a blast in our cooking class with Chef Jorge! We enjoyed the market tour, sampling and learning about various local foods like different varieties of passion fruit and a traditional Peruvian bread. For the cooking portion of class, we really enjoyed making the drinks (pisco sour and chicha morada), as well as the three courses (ceviche, tamales, and causa). We are both vegan and appreciated that the menu could be accommodated for us. There was so much food that we unfortunately were too full to eat dessert, but we were able to take it to go and thoroughly enjoyed it later. Everything was delicious, and Jorge did a great job of explaining the instructions and introducing each course. I’d highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Cusco!

A fun & memorable workshop!
This chocolate workshop was a blast!! We can’t stay enough good about David - his communication skills and positive personality made the evening so memorable! He taught us each step in the whole chocolate process perfectly. Damaso - the assistant was also very helpful and fun! The evening view from the place was beautiful! Our chocolates turned out great! I would definitely recommend this workshop! Thanks for a great & memorable evening!

Amazing, educational and fun!
This was one of the most fun and educational things we did in Cusco. It was so great to learn how generations before us have dyed wool, woven and told stories through the cloth and how this knowledge has been passed down. I don't know where to start, I am ecstatic after the course! It was so great to meet women at the center and watch them weave, learn about the craft and to buy handmade products directly from the women who made it. We got to make bookmarks (with good help), and now when I take out the book I always have to admire the bookmark before I can start reading. If I go back to Peru, this is something I will do again - without a doubt!
