Well put together tour, lots of visitors but they have a nice flow so that it doesn't feel crowded. Everyone goes into different sections so you have your own private tour inside the caves with about 8 people and a personal photographer. The caves are beautiful and Pepe our guide told us everything about them, he was wonderful. Photos cost $35 each for a digital copy. Definitely recommend this trip!

I had a blast! Luis and Edwin were high energy, funny and very knowledgeable. They ensured everyone was taken care of and had a good time. Chichen Itza itself was spectacular! The cenote was beautiful and buffet lunch was tasty. Yes it was an all day out trip but that's because it took a while to pick up and drop guests back to their hotels. I honestly think anyone will have a hard time finding a guide better than Ricardo. His ability to deal kind and calmly with a large group of tourists from all over the world, to speak eloquently in a captivating and entertaining manner and his exceptional knowledge (which includes extra research that he participated in himself) of history and the mayan people all distinguish him from any tour guide i have ever seen. On top of that he was also extremely aware and concerned for our experience. He made sure nobody got lost and also warned us about any possible scams. The tour itself was also full of great, fun and interesting experiences. The lunch was very good and the Cenote was a beautiful and refreshing end of our day. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Amazing Cenote

The shop at the very beginning was nice to get to know about customs, but the prices of everything are just too high. The Cenote is amazing. Beautiful, pleasant to swim in, stunning. Something that you will definitively won't see anywhere else. This particular cenote is really big. The stop at Valladolid is quite pointless. Chitchen Itzá doesn't need further introductions or selling. It's a must-see. About the guide, Ismael, great guy and he gave a lot of good insight about Mayan culture and language which we really liked, but he had two tendencies that were a bit annoying: 1. Every 3 words he would switch languages (english/spanish). It would have been better to just say the entire idea in one language, and then the other. If not, it sounds like an echo, specially if you speak both. 2. many guides we found in México are quite coddling towards the guests/customers, which is not something I personally like... I am an adult (doesn't seem to be Ismael's personal thing).

Awesome experience. Worth every penny

The whole trip was nice. The guide gives you a lot of info about the Maya culture. I bought a maya horoscope since it was beautiful but don't buy anything else at the first store you stop by because you will find everything at a fraction of the cost at the Chichen site. Our guide and driver, Saul and Henry, were very nice, patient, and helpful.

Truly enjoyed this excursion. I typically don’t book excursions because I feel like they are tourist traps, this wasn’t one. Saw 3-4 turtles and 3 stingrays. The highlight of the excursion is the cenotes. We were a small group 8 which made the experience more enjoyable. Oto was the guide and was really fun.

Amazing Experience

This was a loooong day event, BUT totally worth it!!! Exceptional value for money. We travelled with Eduardo (Lalo on Tena bus 49), Victor and Oscar! They were a power team! Exceptional service provided and a wealth of knowledge shared. The highlight for my husband and I was the lunch! Authentic, flavourful and delicious Mayan/Mexican food…the variety was off the charts. We did not swim in the Cenote, but whilst others swam, we had a tequila tasting experience and enjoyed mangoes and a crepe kind of dessert loaded with fruits! Don’t know the name, but it was simply amazing. This experience was well worth it! Wear comfortable shoes as the walk from the park to the Chitzen Itza is long. Also, pay attention to your booking, as there is a fee required in peso when you board. Choose an excursion with the Cenote after the Chitzen Itza visit, you will want that cool down.

Easily a 5/5 because of Beto!

GREAT experience, right from the 4:30am pickup. Beto was welcoming and had a warm sense of humor. He was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about Mayan history. He made sure that we were all oriented to the space; double checking that we had visual tags and knew our bus number. 5/5 easily. It’s also worth mentioning that as a female solo traveler, there was never a time I felt vulnerable or isolated.

This was so much fun! We had the BEST tour guide, Kevin aka Moto Moto. He was hilarious and made all of the experiences (cenote, atv, and zipline ) an amazing adventure. The only warning I would have for travelers, is when you start out at this location, they try to upsell you with packages, and you don’t need them.. And bring your own water shoes if you have them cause that’s an extra $25. Davie our photographer was also wonderful and Ignacio the tequila master. But Moto Moto stole the show 🤩 ~~ Scarlett D and 4 bachelorette mamacitas 💜

Worth it!

Prepare to swim! Tons to see and do. Need the whole day for it. Food is great and its worth getting wet and seeing all kinds of fish and wildlife. Slides are fun and I recommend getting the photo package. Tons for it and you get photos you dont want to miss. 2nd time going for just how awesome it is!

Great experience! Just enough time at each place. Our tour guide Iker and our driver Luis were fantastic! Very informative and we knew what to expect every step of the way. You have to shower at the cenote site before going in- the water is COLD. Be ready! The snorkeling part you are driven out to the starting spot, jump off the boat and you swim back to the beach. We saw plenty of turtles along the way. Just know there is swimming involved. It’s not jump out, snorkel and get back in the boat. We saw a HUGE stingray and many turtles. Again - great tour, great guides/driver Iker & Luis.

Seemed abit expensive at the time of booking , but realy was worth every penny , the activities were so much fun the food was gorgeous , the park is so well set out, I'd recommend going in evening as it wasn't to warm and such a vibe in the dark , I would definitely lately do this again , tour guide Victor was great also
