Fun, with caution.

It was a fabulous experience. Tips! If you have foot issues bring your own water shoes. The ones they provide have thin soles. Hubby has serious bruises. Wetsuit not needed, but could help prevent scrapes. A tour like this would never be allowed in the United States due to safety issues. Still very fun, but moderate to high risk. Photos were $35 each. No high pressure to purchase them on our trip. The buffet was an actual buffet was quite good and was all you can eat. Our only downside was to drive there and back as it was very far from our resort. It was also very bumpy within the area of Rio Secreto.

Exceptional day out!

Brilliant water park with so much to see and do. Everything is very well organised with conveniently spaced locker/shower stations and plenty of towels available (although the towels could have been bigger). Food and drink options are all great and the staff all welcoming and friendly. The grounds themselves are gorgeous and really pleasant to just walk around and enjoy. Worth the ticket price. Do ensure you have a waterproof phone case (to take lots of pictures) and some water shoes though.

Worthwhile Chichen Itza tour

Our guide, Rafa, gave us a nice history tour about the area and Mayans. The Chichen Itza portion, lunch and cenote were good highlights. The initial stop for souvenirs was understandable to support local Mayans, and I like the talks about the different kinds of rocks. As for the last stop at Valladolid, I would recommend providing additional experience about this colonial town other than dropping us at a shop to taste tequilas. Would recommend this tour to anyone.

Although we did not get to take the adventure do to inclement weather conditions, it was rescheduled 2 times before it was refunded. Communication was given through out the whole time. Although we didn’t get to experience the trip it was great with proper communication.

This was a life-changing...

This was a life-changing experience for me. J.J. was an amazing guide and taught us so much about Mayan culture and the local ecosystem. The cenote was incredible, like entering another realm. And we saw 5-6 turtles in the ocean! I would do this tour every day of my life if I could.

We loved the experience....

We loved the experience. Lorenzo and Gabriel were wonderful. Highly recommend the experience especially the Mayan village and swimming in the cenote. But we're taken aback by the additional $100 that we had to pay in cash. We were not informed until after the payment for the tour was claimed. We were not prepared with cash as we expected to use those funds only for shopping and tips. Please be more up front in the future. This was not well done at all.

Malokin Beautiful People! Rodrigo and Alberto dream tour team 🔥

Great tour! We had such a fantastic experience and felt like we were transported in time to Mayan Culture. Our guide Rodrigo and driver Alberto were just the best, Rodrigo being half Mayan himself was able to give us the best understanding of the culture and site. If you have a tour I cannot recommend asking for him enough. Emotional and historical trip for sure! The timing was an early morning start ~5am (small minibus ~18 people transfer on time arrival to our hotel) and we arrive before the crowds so was great to see the wonder of the world without too many people + early tour drop off works well for us as we had the afternoon and evening free to relax and catch up on beach time Tips - take a packed lunch for early start, water bottles, and some cash for tips for the incredible tour Thanks again for the tour and we will be sure to recommend

Amazing Cenote

The shop at the very beginning was nice to get to know about customs, but the prices of everything are just too high. The Cenote is amazing. Beautiful, pleasant to swim in, stunning. Something that you will definitively won't see anywhere else. This particular cenote is really big. The stop at Valladolid is quite pointless. Chitchen Itzá doesn't need further introductions or selling. It's a must-see. About the guide, Ismael, great guy and he gave a lot of good insight about Mayan culture and language which we really liked, but he had two tendencies that were a bit annoying: 1. Every 3 words he would switch languages (english/spanish). It would have been better to just say the entire idea in one language, and then the other. If not, it sounds like an echo, specially if you speak both. 2. many guides we found in México are quite coddling towards the guests/customers, which is not something I personally like... I am an adult (doesn't seem to be Ismael's personal thing).

Outstanding trip

I went with my daughter she’s 15. I was a long day but so worth it we did so much. Chichen itza did not disappoint, the lunch was great loads of food all really tasty. The cenote was incredible so picturesque and the town was pretty. Lalo, Hugo and Edwardo the guides and driver were brilliant

This was so much fun! We had the BEST tour guide, Kevin aka Moto Moto. He was hilarious and made all of the experiences (cenote, atv, and zipline ) an amazing adventure. The only warning I would have for travelers, is when you start out at this location, they try to upsell you with packages, and you don’t need them.. And bring your own water shoes if you have them cause that’s an extra $25. Davie our photographer was also wonderful and Ignacio the tequila master. But Moto Moto stole the show 🤩 ~~ Scarlett D and 4 bachelorette mamacitas 💜

Once in a lifetime bucket list item

Its kind of a rush to chase whalesharks but it yields back your expectations and the guides put on real effort for you to see these amazing creature as many times as you can. Even if they dont escape your presence, they swim pretty fast and outpace you in a blink. If you are gonna do it with your toddler, mine was 5 years old, do it, make him or her see them. Take medication if you tend to be seasick because the boat really sways during the chase and wait. Good luck!

Good time

Great company. Buses were clean, comfortable and had AC. Susana was the best. She knew how to keep your attention and added a mixture of humor that we really appreciated. She spoke English and Spanish and did a good job relaying information. Cenote was my favorite part of the excursion since it was my second time visiting the Ruins. I do not swim so I was very happy to be provided with a life jacket. It gave me courage and I was able yo enjoy the water with my friends. I highly recommend this excursion. Only issue I had was the length of time it took. We left our resort at 8am and did not return until almost 8pm. We even considered catching a taxi from Playa del Carmen to our resort because we were exhausted and ready to go back after the leaving the Cenote. After finding out the price of a taxi we ended up staying lol. We shopped, got ice cream and attended happy hour at one of the bars. It turned out to be a nice experience once we made the best of it. Overall I would give this excursion a 9.
