Is Heaven underground?
No words can describe what your eyes will see and what your soul will feel in that place!! You go for the tour and you come back full of thoughts and feelings!!! Jenifer, the tour lady, will give you with a very expressive way, all the knowledge you need about that phenomenon !!! And not only this. My friend who couldn’t walk very well, he received so much help from her!!! She is physically so strong!! She supported him , lifted and pulled him all the way through the exit and made it happen for him. Thank you Jenny!!!!!

A Great Day Out from Cancun
I booked this the day prior and was immediately messaged to let me know I would be collected at 6am from my Cancun hotel.
Franco picked me up on time and told me that there would be two more pick ups (6:30, also from Cancun; and our guide Oliver from Playa Del Carmen) and then made the 2-hour journey to Tulum. Got there early, prior to the sun being too hot and also before it got busy. We had 1-hour with Oliver and then had an hour to do our own thing. When we all got back to the minibus, the aircon was very welcoming, as was the water/fruit juice and local snacks.
From there, we travelled approx 30 minutes to a local community’s base. Here, we were shown how to make tacos (making tortilla from pre-made dough, cooking them and then adding filling) and then had a go at making our own before eating them.
Finally, we had a dip in the village’s cenote, which was absolutely needed; followed by the journey back.
I got back at 3pm, so approx 9-hours all in, even though it was billed as 4-5 hours - this was probably about right from arriving at Tulum and finishing at the cenote.

Well organized large group tour
Chichen Itza, Cenote, and some tequila tasting..
Tony is a veteran and experienced tour guide, he’s also good in marketing that you will find yourself buying something from the obsidian and tequila shop 😁. He speaks Spanish and English and explained well the location and important things that you need to know as a tourist. 5 out 5.
Jose is an excellent driver, I can easily spot the bus from the gate. 5 out 5.
Lunch buffet is fine, don’t expect too much. 2 out of 5.
Eventhough this is a large group tour, the experience is well organized and you can tell that the operator has been doing this tour for a long time. The customer service is responsive and you will even received a message once the bus is about to leave so there is no reason for you to missed the bus on each stop.

Wonderful Experience!
Excellent guide! Very knowledgeable about Tulum history and the cenote. You can leave your belongings in the van while you are participating in these experiences. We were very glad to see that Mexico is protecting their waters. No sunscreen allowed. One must shower before entering any of the activities. Food at the end of the experience was very generous! We would like to return to another Viator tour with more cenotes! They are so beautiful and the water is so relaxing! Our driver was outstanding! He was very patient. Carlos - Driver & Chewbacca - Excellent Guide!!!!
