What a fantastic experience! Rasha, our guide, was well-informed, accommodating and excellent with our child. They were on time and the transport was air-conditioned and clean. The experience at the pyramids was fantastic. We particularly enjoyed climbing inside the Great Pyramid (although caution that this is not suitable for anyone who has any breathing difficulties/ issues with confined spaces/ problems with knees). My daughter loved the camel ride too. Highly recommended!

I had a very pleasant experience with my tour guide Shahenda and driver Yasser. Shahenda was knowledgeable on the history of the sites we visited (Saqqara, Dahshur, and Memphis). She carefully explained the sites and allowed time for questions. You may have a quiz at the end, so make sure you pay attention. It was wonderful to see and enter some of the pyramids. Truly a step into ancient history and another civilization.

I had a great experience with this company! They communicated with me prior to pick up. At the airport, my driver was waiting for me with a sign with my name, once I stepped outside of the terminal. The driver carried my bag to the car and drove me safely to the hotel.

We had an excellent one-day tour of the Giza Pyramid Complex and the Grand Egyptian Museum. Our guide, Essam, was fantastic; friendly, very knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his work as a professor of Egyptian archaeology. He explained the history in a clear and engaging way while also sharing many fascinating details that made the experience even more memorable. The tour was well organized and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hussam from GEM Explore Egypt tour company was an absolutely outstanding tour guide and made our day unforgettable. He took my sisters and me to Saqqara and Memphis, where we saw the incredible Step, Bent, and Red Pyramids, along with the Sphinx in Memphis. His knowledge was impressive—he explained everything in a way that was both informative and genuinely engaging—and his sense of humor kept us laughing the entire time. What really stood out was how much he cared about our experience. Hussam made sure we were comfortable, having fun, and getting the most out of every stop. He also took amazing photos of us, capturing moments we’ll truly treasure for a lifetime. We chose to visit these pyramids before seeing the Great Pyramid, and it was the perfect decision—far less crowded and much easier to explore, which made the experience even more special. He also brought us to a restaurant with beautiful views of the pyramids, and the lunch was delicious. I also want to highlight our driver, who was extremely professional and a very safe, skilled driver. His car was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made traveling between sites smooth and relaxing. Alaa (Aladdin) was an extremely patient and friendly driver. I did the half day tour to Saqqara/Dhashur/Memphis and he took me to each site and more comfortably and safely. I'd definitely recommend. He did ask me at one point if I wanted to visit a carpet museum, to which I replied "no" and that was that. (I'd read reviews from some people saying they were driven round tourist trap shops). Would definitely recommend, just make sure you know what you want to see and where you want to go - Alaa's English was quite poor (we communicated with Google translate), so consider this a personal driver/Uber as opposed to a tour. Sidenote: I only paid for car+driver, there are also car+driver+guide options but I cannot speak for those

It was an awesome experience seeing alot of Cairo whilst with the driver. Raafat our driver was courteous, well-spoken in English and so patient with us as he explained his way through the drive of the various places to visit. He generously waited for us until we came out of the busy market, without even getting annoyed with us. Thank you for the great services!

Rasha was excellent. We would have been fairly lost going round the pyramids without a guide - it’s fairly chaotic - so very glad indeed we had her and the wonderful driver too. They respected our request for no shopping trips, and got us back to our hotel in good time for our evening flight. Thank you both, made the day smooth and enjoyable.
