This was a great way to learn the history of Bergen and also to gain some insight on places to visit during our stay. Our tour guide, Janine, was excellent and very knowledgeable. Later that day we went to a restaurant she recommended and it was fantastic! This was a great introduction to the city of Bergen.

Entertaining, informative, and breathtaking!

Wow...just wow! This was such an amazing tour! It was so nice to enjoy the scenery and sights in a small group, and our tour guide, Stig, was not only knowledgeable, but also engaging! We appreciated the history he shared along the way, and the stories he told of his own life growing up in Norway were fun to hear. Norway is such a beautiful country...highly recommend this as a way to see more of the country in a short amount of time.

The best tour from Bergen!

What an experience!! We loved this tour, it was so well planned, comfortable, very very beautiful!! Our tour guide Noah was the best tour guide we’ve ever had. He is so intelligent and knowledgeable, he told us so many interesting facts and stories about Norway!! The scenery on this tour is breathtaking, the glacier lake is out of this world. We had plenty of time on each site , free lunch was perfect and very yummy. This tour is top notch! I hope you get Noah as your guide!

Great way to explore the fjords

An incredible way to discover the fjords and villages along the way. Also, a good introduction to the historical connection Norwegians have with nature and the outdoors. The pace of the day trip was great and we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the itinerary. The driver Nico and the guide Liam were very friendly and gave clear instructions throughout. Liam was knowledgeable and we enjoyed his anecdotes - the more sobering ones and the really funny ones! Thank you very much for a great day!

fantastic experience!!

Wonderful experience! We opted for the private pontoon and it was 100% worth every penny. The feeling of the elements around you as you take in the fjords is unlike any experience you could have on a larger tour or boat. Warm suits and rain jackets provide all the comfort you need. Pickup and communication leading up to the tour was seamless and stress free. Bjorn and Tor were excellent guides and storytellers, and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. The time flew by quickly! Don't hesitate to take a trip with them, it will be a memorable one!

Exhilarating, enjoyable and safe

Don’t be afraid. While it is high speed , you have warm safety gear to use. My wife and I, in our early 70’s felt safe and really enjoyed the tour. Just do it! Their company is very professional. I had some issues with airline baggage that might have interfered with the booking. They were very understanding and worked with us until we got our luggage situation fixed. Thank you

A must do trip whilst in Bergen

A must do activity whilst in Bergen . Absolutely beautiful and the tour guide was very good . Just the right amount of information . We took sandwiches and drinks with us as it is 3.5 hours long. Get there early if you want an outside seat but views are good throughout . Loved it. Thank you

Excellent

This was an excellent tour overall. Fjord drive tours did the tour. The vehicle (20 passengers) was clean, comfortable and well maintained with a professional, friendly driver (Gary) who spoke excellent English. As everyone arrived on time by 8:45 we were able to do some additional photo stops. The boat was 100%, as was the train (sit right facing forward) The Viking village is nice but touristy with many of the staff from other countries. This tour makes for a long day but is still an excellent tour. The driver leaves you after embarking the boat but this is fine as it easy to get on the next part of the jorney.
