Very comfortable boat tour of the Fjords with viewing opportunities from both inside and outside warm comfortable cabin and outside on the deck. Some historical information provided as well. Crew helped create opportunities for photos.

This was a very enjoyable cruise. The weather was rainy and cold but the ship was warm and clean and the ride was entertaining and informative. We walked from our cruise ship to the meeting point and the loading was efficient and quick. The sights were wonderful. And we thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. The rainbows were a plus!

It is a great experience. You don’t have to worry about how to dress as you will be exposed to the elements only as much as you want to be. Main cabin fully enclosed. Smooth ride.

Could never get tickets thru Viator. Had to stand in line before the event to see if they could provide. They said the local company. ( Xxx online) was flaky and often ever booked. So three parties involved and the middle party is the one that is questionable.

This company is third party ticket seller. Their prices are double what they should be. The actual boat company is Roden. You should purchase direct with the Roden. Not only do they have extensive history of over priced tickets they often sell tickets for boat tours that are already sold out. When you try to contact them they stop responding. I will have to try to get a refund from my credit card company.

Lovely fjord cruise but boat goes fast going and coming. If you want to be outside on top then benches right behind the bridge or to the side are best to avoid the wind when going fast.

Fabulous catamaran cruise from downtown quay to the end of the Mostraumen fjord and back again. Knowledgeable guide narrates the sights as we travel. At one point the boat comes so close to a waterfall that it’s mist west down the people on the bow. Great photo op! Boat is very clean and shipshape — even the toilets are clean.

tickets to boat tour in Bergen did not arrive in time. I had to purchase additional tickets. My credit card was charged for non-existent tickets.

I booked this through Viator and whoever they contract with is a scam. There were no tickets reservations for me and I had no contact from the company to get the tickets. In the end I had to purchase them at the dock. I’m hoping my money will be refunded to me. The woman working at the dock said this is happening frequently with Viator bookings.

Good way to see the areas beautiful fjords - short 3.5 hour trip on a large enclosed catamaran. Very comfortable boat with upholstered seat - many facing each other with tables in between. Ample clean restrooms and a small concession counter for snacks.

We didn't go. Viator cancelled the trip at midnight two days before, with no time to rebook, with no reason given. Terrible service.

My husband and I booked this trip for late December. Being able to experience a real Norwegian fyord in the winter is great.
We were a little bit unlucky with the weather as at one point during the trip there was some heavy rainfall. I would suggest to wear a water-resistant jacket with a hood and water resistant gloves if you are taking this trip in the winter. It is colder out in the fyord than it is in central Bergen.
The boat has two levels, the main indoor level with seats and an outdoor second level thats an open area. The main level has a small cafe that serves hot drinks and refreshments. The bathrooms were clean.
I would recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Bergen.

The scenery was okay. But in the 3.5hrs cruise, very little commentary. I wish there would have been more information shared about where we were going and what we were seeing. Hardly saw any wildlife.

The boat cruise was very good and the views were beautiful. The only negative was that there was no agent from Viator/independent contractor to tell us where to go! We got there early but due to confusion we did not realize that the boat in front of us was the one to board. Somewhere guidance on this would of been helpful.

Not a vehicle for viewing anything
Couldn’t sit upstairs there were only two benches. Downstairs you are crammed in like cattle and can’t see if you are seated in the middle. Would not recommend

I paid 3 times more ghan i should .. the amout reaches 4800nok for a 3 hour trip that includes only sailing and some explnation ,,, its my fault of course i just didnt calculate well not knowing nok from euro but still ,,, i thought the price +~ would be the same

Know before you go—they don’t meet you at the port. It’s a 15-20 minute walk. You’ll be inside if it’s raining. Can’t take photos from inside and there’s more seating in the middle than there is along side of the windows. The upper deck is open with about 2 benches. Again no fun in the rain. It’s probably a beautiful trip in good weather. Fog and rain — not so good .

We made a wonderful Journey to Mostraumen from Bergen. It was beautiful to see all the waterfalls. Also, we had a beautiful sunny day which is exceptual in the region. Slightly disappointed that the tickets where cheaper for sale at the boat itself.
