We had a beautiful, incredible, sunny day on this tour with Vlad. We toured the Hardanger Fjoyd, waterfalls, and pretty villages along the way. Our stop at a homestead for lunch with the charming owner was very special. Vlad was very informative about the places we visited and a super nice man. We had an enjoyable day. Thank you so much! What an exciting surprise to be picked up in a Tesla X with gull wing doors! This vehicle was extremely comfortable and afforded excellent scenic views through the generously-sized windows. Our guide, Jana, is a lovely person who offers the right amount of commentary to keep things interesting. The itinerary was quite nice, giving us amazing fjord views and the opportunity to visit two beautiful waterfalls. Steindalsfossen is absolutely stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed experiencing the power of the waterfall as we walked behind it and the breathtaking view of the town and countryside from the observation deck! We also participated in an optional farm to table lunch, featuring carrot soup and a wonderful selection of area specialties. The proprietress (Anna?) was energetic and quite interesting to talk with. The only callout is that the farm to table experience was pricier than we thought, so check first if you have a budget for lunch that you are trying to stay within. Overall this tour was a fantastic experience, and we are pleased to highly recommended it to those with a day available in Bergen!

I agree that Norwegian prices for meals and beverages in restaurants/cafes are high, especially for alcoholic drinks. So that the final price for a meal might be higher than expected. Our guide, Vlad, was awesome. He was a great leader who took us to the usual tourist spots. In addition, he took us to some out of the way places that were charming. Vlad was so knowledgeable about the history, culture, and traditions of the area! I would not hesitate to go with him again.

We had a great road trip with Jana visiting the fjords and waterfalls outside of Bergen. Our guide was excellent and was a very good driver as well.
Perhaps the highlight was our farm lunch where the host shared some of nice soup and local meat/cheese dishes. She also shared the history of the farm that dated back 400 years.

A perfect way to see Norway. We enjoyed our time with Jana. She was a safe driver and informative. It was nice to hear about everyday life in Norway. We saw gorgeous waterfalls and did some short hikes. Lunch at the farm was delicious (they made accommodations for food allergies) we loved being at the farm. Don’t hesitate to book this experience.

Vlad made the tour very special. Not only did he have a great itinerary planned but was very accommodating regarding our interests. He helped us to visit an ancestral home, took us to very special working farm for lunch but also made a traditional hot beverage and also fruit and cookies for a snack. In our case he was particularly helpful picking up our luggage from our hotel and bringing the six of us to the port so we could embark on our cruise ship for the next part of our vacation.

We had a wonderful day with Jana! She picked us up at the hotel, and we saw the highlights of Bergen on the way out of town. We had some lovely short hikes to the waterfalls and petroglyphs. Lunch at farm was very tasty. And of course the views of the fjords were amazing. The snacks and drinks we had on the ferry were the icing on the cake! It was a great start to our trip. Absolutely perfect tour! Janna was on time, friendly, highly informative, patient with all of our questions and made sure we all saw and did the best of Bergen. The numerous fiords we saw were gorgeous. The short hike to the waterfalls were easy and beautiful. The lunch at Annalise’s farm was idyllic and very tasty. Janna’s driving was impeccable. We recently took this tour and Vlad was our tour guide. He was fantastic He was very informative about the past and present times of Norway. Like a walking history book! The most important thing however is that Vlad made us feel very comfortable and always looked out for our safety. He played Norwegian music in the car and explain the origin. We had a lovely Norwegian lunch and Vlad even brought a hot drink and cookies for us to enjoy on the ferry. All the makings of a perfect day!

Vlad is personable, articulate (in several languages) and knowledgeable about Bergen and of greater Norway. He was punctual in meeting us at our hotel and drove us in his Tesla, stopping at places you wouldn’t find on your own, all the while narrating almost non-stop! We learned so much! Best 6 hours we spent during our weekend in Bergen. He took us to a delightful farm for a home-made lunch, one of the many off-the-beaten-path stops included in his scenic itinerary. He also brought snacks and refreshments for us. And when we forgot an item in his car, he brought it to our hotel early the next day, and even offered to drive me to the airport! Thinking back, we had such an extensive overview of the fjords, waterfalls and beautiful snow-covered Bergen landscape in mid-February. Great memories. Thank you, Vlad, from your new friends from Hawaii!

Had a wonderful day exploring Bergen, the Fjords and the mountains! Val was a wonderful driver and guide. Despite the winter weather, he suggested things for us to do that weren’t on the original itinerary but were real hidden gems! Highly recommend if you have a day in Bergen! We were on a cruise and he came to the cruise terminal to pick us up and dropped us off!

Thanks Vlad for showing us around the whole day. Vlad is very attentive, knowledgeble and makes the your effortless for us as a family. Our guide Vlad was amazing! He went out of his way to make our our excursion a memorable and special one. Everything went very smoothly from pick up to drop off. The Tesla was very comfortable. Jana, the guide, was lovely and we had a great discussion about many diverse things including how Norway and Scotland compare. Despite the weather forecast it was warm and sunny so ideal for our photo opportunities and short walks. The fjords, as expected, were spectacular and I loved the lunch at a local farm where the owners took time to chat. We had some extremely tasty home made carrot soup and bread rolls. I even got to meet their gorgeous pet rabbits. I would thoroughly recommend the tour as a stress-free way to get round bits of Norway that would be tougher to reach without hiring a car. Thank you Jana for the troll stories - I am going to stick to stirring my porridge with a spoon though ... And please thank Anneliese for telling me about the Scottish Blueberry industry and showing us her amazing embroidery!

We got picked up at the dock. She was very friendly and an excellent tour guide.
We could take pictures at all of the stops. She also hiked with us on the trails.

This tour is the absolute perfect way to see the most beautiful sights along the fjords. Our guide was able to tell us about the villages we passed through and explained the local traditions and folklore. She stopped at all of the perfect photo opportunities along the way and even showed us places we would have never thought to visit on our own. Every area we visited had clear paths and was an easy walk to get to. I highly recommend this tour if you have a free day in Bergen!
