An Excellent getaway from the city. We pick you up from your hotel with our VIP car, and go towards Norheimsund, in the Hardanger-fjord region. When arriving Norheimsund, our boat is waiting for you, M/Y Iselina Bella, a Princess 50. From Norheimsund we cruise into the narrow, remote and undiscovered pristine Fyksesund fjord, which is only accessible by boat. We stay in here for a couple of hours, just to enjoy the silence in the nice nature, between the steep mountains, with waterfalls directly down to the fjord. All is very relaxing. You can have a drink from the waterfalls if you like, a shower under them, or a swim in the fjord. When then cruise back to Norheimsund for lunch, or we can go to the small family run Spilde apple farm, with possibilities for cider tasting as well as lunc Car back to Bergen. Not to be missed!

This tour was the highlight of our wonderful trip to Norway! The entire experience lasted approximately ten hours which can sound daunting on paper, but, the day went be so quickly and was perfectly paced. The drive between each sight is not too long, and the time allotted at each sight was just right. The tour allows its visitors to experience many natural wonders that Norway has to offer! Throughout the day, our tour guide (Bas) explained the significance of each sight while also offering insight into many other aspects of Norwegian life and culture. The local driver (Remi) navigated the roads and terrain with care and precision. The included lunch was a delicious bonus that was enjoyed on the hike to the glacier lake, which was certainly the highlight for us! The hike was 3 miles roundtrip, taking approximately 45 minutes each way, with a moderate intensity (parts were uphill on the way to the glacier lake). Thank you, Bas and Remi, for a wonderful day!

We visited Bergen as a...

We visited Bergen as a cruise port stop and wanted to get closer to the fjords while in Norway. The views were absolutely stunning. The boat was plenty large enough with both indoor and outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the view. Most folks started out up top but made their way inside once we started moving and it got chillier. Definitely bring a heavier coat, hat and gloves. Even if it’s warm out on land, it’ll get chilly once the boat starts moving and you won’t want to miss everything there is to see. There were drinks and snacks available for purchase and a bathroom inside. I was a little worried that 3.5 hours was going to feel long and get a little boring but there was so much to see that it flew by.

fantastic experience!!

Wonderful experience! We opted for the private pontoon and it was 100% worth every penny. The feeling of the elements around you as you take in the fjords is unlike any experience you could have on a larger tour or boat. Warm suits and rain jackets provide all the comfort you need. Pickup and communication leading up to the tour was seamless and stress free. Bjorn and Tor were excellent guides and storytellers, and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. The time flew by quickly! Don't hesitate to take a trip with them, it will be a memorable one!

Feast for the Eyes

This tour was an awesome, fiord-packed 12 hour day! Driver Torgei and guide Helene provided a well- organized and interesting tour deep into the fiord country. A view from the mountain top, a stunning ride through a narrow fiord, picturesque farms and a waterfall made this a feast for the eyes. Comfort stops were frequent, but were not time wasters. If you only have one day to see the fiords from Bergen, this tour is the one!

Exhilarating, enjoyable and safe

Don’t be afraid. While it is high speed , you have warm safety gear to use. My wife and I, in our early 70’s felt safe and really enjoyed the tour. Just do it! Their company is very professional. I had some issues with airline baggage that might have interfered with the booking. They were very understanding and worked with us until we got our luggage situation fixed. Thank you

A must do activity whilst in Bergen . Absolutely beautiful and the tour guide was very good . Just the right amount of information . We took sandwiches and drinks with us as it is 3.5 hours long. Get there early if you want an outside seat but views are good throughout . Loved it. Thank you

Excellent

This was an excellent tour overall. Fjord drive tours did the tour. The vehicle (20 passengers) was clean, comfortable and well maintained with a professional, friendly driver (Gary) who spoke excellent English. As everyone arrived on time by 8:45 we were able to do some additional photo stops. The boat was 100%, as was the train (sit right facing forward) The Viking village is nice but touristy with many of the staff from other countries. This tour makes for a long day but is still an excellent tour. The driver leaves you after embarking the boat but this is fine as it easy to get on the next part of the jorney.

A great half-day excursion!

I accidentally booked out of Stavanger instead of Bergen. Stavanger is 4 hours away and Viator helped me rebook from Bergen even though I was past the 24 hour no-refund period so I was very grateful. This was a great 3 hour trip. The Electric catamara is very stable and quiet. The boat did stop at certain spots so people could get out on deck and take pictures. They also provided narration in english as we navigated the fjords. Seating indoors was very comfortable and featured ample restrooms and a snack bar. Despite the short trip, saw sone awesome remote villages deep in the fjord. I would highly recommend this trip!
