This tour provides a great Bergen experience! Our tour guide Don was very personable and professional. His knowledge of the city was impressive and provided us with a lot of historical and interesting information. The boat cruise was a special treat!! I would highly recommend this tour for anyone that was a little inside knowledge of Bergen.

Don was extremely knowledgeable and an excellent tour guide. Two hours flew by quickly and the walking pace / distance were perfect. The sunset ferry trip was exceptional.

A very good experience walking with Don(the guide) and a small team through the past and present of Bergen city. A small tour that covers a very small area of the city, but provides a good and interesting insight. We liked it very much.

Great tour of Bergen with a knowledgable and friendly local!
Don knows his Bergen history and took us on a tour of the city, sharing his insights as a local.
The tour includes a ferry ride to see Bergen from another perspective, which was very good.
Good length of time/pace etc. to the tour, with recommendations of key attractions and food spots thrown in too!

I went on this tour with my husband and 10 year old son. The tour guide, Don, was friendly and informative. We enjoyed finding out about the history of Bergen and seeing the beautiful buildings in the harbour from the ferry.
We went in February and it had just snowed. It was dry! The whole tour was outside and there was a very fresh wind blowing on the ferry crossing.
In all honesty, our 10 year old was not interested (no fault of Don's) just not his thing. We kept him entertained with snacks and gave him a camera to take his own photos.
The walk around town was at a gentle pace so suitable for all ages. At the end of the tour, Don gave us a handout with information about things to do / places to eat in Bergen.

Our guide was great meeting us for a walking tour of bergen. He did not cancel even though we were the only 2 people booked for the tour. A very knowledgeable experience and great way to get to know the city center in 2 short hours

Norwayfarers city tour by foot & boat was extremely good. Don gave a very interesting and informative guided tour. We particularly loved the ferry trip to give another perspective of Bergen. Thoroughly enjoyable 2 hours even when snowing. That just added something special to the tour. Thanks Don.

We did this tour 29th Dec. We were lucky to have only a group of 5people. Our tour guide Ani was so knowledgeable and friendly. We loved hearing the history of the town and also got tips on where to visit. The boat tour was a good addition.

Don did a great job showing us the highlights around Bergen. The history of the city was very interesting and Don was a knowledgeable and friendly guide to our group. We appreciated the opportunity to experience Bergen on this tour. In just two hours we covered a lot of ground and sights, and left plenty of time for us to experience the city on our own before we had to return to the cruise ship.

Guide was a great resource of info. Had a little trouble finding meeting spot from the cruise ship. Would have been better to have shuttle to meet us there. Great tour.

Hi Randall, thank you for the feedback. In Bergen, we have two cruise ports and the meeting point for our tour is the centrally located Tourist Information Centre, which is a 15 minutes easy walk from either of the ports.

A very enjoyable walk round the old part of Bergen near the wharf. Don was very well informed and pointed out things we would have missed. It was a very showery day and sometimes with the rain and traffic noise it was a bit difficult to hear what he was saying. The ferry ride was a hidden bonus. Would highly recommend.
