Our private guided tour from Bergen to Flåm and back was truly unforgettable, and Roald made the entire day exceptional from start to finish. He was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insight about the region while making sure every part of the journey was relaxing and seamlessly executed.
The day began with a spectacular drive through some of the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen. Roald knew exactly where to take us for incredible views and memorable stops and traveling by car with him allowed us to enjoy places we never would have found on our own.
The fjord cruise to Flåm was breathtaking. The scenery was awe-inspiring, dramatic, and peaceful all at the same time, it was the most memorable experience of our two-weeks in Norway. Once in Flåm, we had time to walk around and enjoy the village before boarding the famous Flåm Railway, which was every bit as scenic and impressive as we had hoped.
After another beautiful train ride to Voss, Roald was there waiting to pick us up and bring us comfortably back to our hotel. Every connection was perfect, and the entire day flowed effortlessly. We cannot recommend Roald highly enough—his knowledge, planning, and personal touch turned an already stunning route into a truly outstanding experience.

The tour is an effective way of combining the fjord cruise and train ride with private driver covering the other parts of the tour. You don’t need to worry about getting the tickets or rushing to catch the train or cruise. Everything is arranged well and our driver guide Tony is very friendly and gives us a lot local knowledge. While it’s more expensive but worth it.
