Please walk along the building until you find a large garage door with Bergen Segway flags. If you use google maps, you have to walk along the long building for about 150 ft before finding the entrance to our garage. It is clearly marked.

We booked the Segway tour for 8 of us and many felt it was the highlight of our trip! Our guide was fantastic in getting everyone comfortable with the Segways. She was calm and patient and very knowledgeable on the history of Bergen

I had never tried to ride a Segway before but my daughter talked me into it for my 75th birthday. Our guide Tobias was patient and kind as I was learning how to maneuver. His instructions were so clear that I was able to successfully ride through the city streets and around corners and up and down hills. We would have never been able to see such magnificent sights without the use of the Segway. I’m so happy that I took this tour!

We toured the city with Alexander. He was a very knowledgeable tour guide - though he started talking before the rest of the tour gathered round. It was surprisingly easy to get the hang of the Segway; although one person on our tour had difficulty (though she managed to hop off and was never hurt). They did take time before the tour to guide each person through the use of it.
It was an interesting way to learn more about the area.

Our experience with Segway of Bergen was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations.
Regina was incredible—friendly, knowledgeable, and so patient with our kids. She took the time to make sure they felt comfortable and confident, and her positive attitude made the entire experience fun and stress-free for everyone. It’s clear that she genuinely enjoys what she does and cares about making sure every guest has a great time.
If you’re looking for a fun family activity with outstanding customer service, I can’t recommend Segway of Bergen enough. A huge thank you to Regina for making our day so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

An awesome way to see the town Bergen. Our guide Regina was very friendly and informative about the area and the history surrounding Bergen.
I recommend making sure you are dressed warm and dry, we thought we were dressed warm the wind was cutting through everything. But even being cold we still really enjoyed it.

Such a fun way to explore Bergen! Regina was incredibly kind, patient, and encouraging despite my lack of coordination at the beginning. Once I got the hang of it, the Segway was surprisingly easy to ride. Even with a bad back, I was able to enjoy the tour. It was a fantastic way to see the city while learning about Bergen’s history from a knowledgeable guide. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting a unique and enjoyable way to experience Bergen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was fun - guide was good. Weather was a bit cold and on and off sprinkles if rain. Would have been better if guide had a microphone and we had headsets, it was hard to hear him at times due to the traffic noise

Very good safety briefing combined with excellent tuition and practical hands-on practice within safe space prior to moving off in a Group of 7.
Our tour took us to various locations around Bergen supported by excellent commentary by our excellent guide. Tour lasted just over 2 hours so you get to see a lot of Bergen.
I would highly recommend this excursion be you a a complete total novice Segway rider. Within a matter of minutes you’re on your way to becoming a confident and proficient Segway rider, an experience which you’ll find really enjoyable, concluded with a sense of achievement and satisfaction. You’ll want to do it all again.

What a scam. They gave me the wrong address and couldn’t find the tour. No where to be found. I don’t think this tour even exists. No signs of any Segway anywhere plus the address is not correct.

Hi.
I am sorry you were not able to locate us, but we can assure you we are very much real. The address is also correct. It is a large building, and our entrance is alongside the building. We have a huge sign in the window 10 feet long and we also normally put out beach flags if weather conditions allow it. We are also correctly marked on Google maps and other map services.

We had a wonderful time with Bergen Segway and Regina. Regina was totally the reason we had a wonderful time even though we were rained on heavily, we were well prepared for the trip. Mama wasn't thrilled about the tour at first but relented ... but ended up was the most excited/thrilled one after she was taught how to navigated the street on Segway with Regina. We had on rain gear, overall poncho and helmet. She guided us through wet and moderate busy traffic of the day, up and down hills and cobblestone streets,( through many wet pedestrian filled ones) and for me , didn't get much wet except for the pants which was only partially covered. Didn't get my shoes wet because we were up on the wheels of the Segway even though we were stationed in the rain listening at the various points of interest. Just a blast to have this wonderful tour...even in a downpour! Highly recommend this tour outfit and our guide Regina !

Itinerary was fine but the guide was quite weak. Limited English comprehension and didn’t have much useful information. Spent most of the ride back taking about public transit and green electricity. I have plenty of other places to get that. You could ask questions but he didn’t comprehend.

It's a fun way to see the city and be able to hit the major highlights. Also, Bergen is vey hilly and going up and down those steep hills on the Segway is much easier and much more fun.

Great way to see a lot of Bergen, including the architecture of the beautiful houses as well as historical areas. There were some great views of the harbors. Regina was a great guide. We enjoyed her very much.

We loved this tour. Our experience on Segways has been plentiful but the Bergen Segway by far provided us with the most proficient training which prepared us for the hills and turns and routes that we took in Bergen. We were graciously greeted upon arrival and received excellent instruction assuring that our tour would be fun and successful. It was amazing where we went on the tour and our guide, Tobias, gave us outstanding information about Bergen and Norway. We recommend this tour to everyone!

The tour started with a good amount of time spent familiarising with the Segway, especially for those who had not done it before. Once the tour started the guide was difficult to hear unless you were very close to him as he was quietly spoken.
Bergen is a truly beautiful city and Segway is a great way to see all of the sights.
Unfortunately one member of the tour group fell off the Segway and this is where this tour let it itself down. The guide was slow to respond to the incident and seemed unconcerned by the situation. The place he had chosen to stop was less than ideal on a hill and a bend and we could not understand why he chose to stop there where space was limited.
For most of the tour the guide didn’t seem to care that the slower members of the group were left behind and at one point half of the group took a wrong turn as they didn’t see which way the guide went.
This had the potential to be a great tour but the guide lacked leadership skills and didn’t deliver with a difficult situation particularly decisively.
