The Unique Belgian Chocolate Making Workshop in Bruges was one of the highlights of our trip! My granddaughter and I absolutely loved the experience. Our instructor was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about Belgian chocolate. He guided us through each step of creating delicious handmade chocolates, explaining not only how to make them but also why certain techniques are used. He also shared the fascinating history of Belgian chocolate and how it has evolved across different regions. Because the class was small, everyone received plenty of personal attention and hands-on instruction. As an added bonus, we enjoyed a beer tasting, and our instructor explained the unique characteristics and history of each beer we sampled. This workshop was fun, educational, and delicious! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bruges, whether you're traveling as a couple, with family, or with friends. It's an unforgettable experience and well worth the time. Not only did we get to take our delicious chocolates, but we also received our aprons & a shopping bag.

We had an excellent experience. Nick took our family on our tour of Belgium, answering questions along the way and keeping things light and entertaining. We got to taste a variety of chocolates and candies throughout, from the very traditional and chain-store variety to locally hand made and eclectic. Amazing truffle-making class! Anna was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun and easy to follow. The ingredients were top quality, and the truffles turned out absolutely delicious. I learned great techniques and left with beautiful handmade chocolates. Highly recommend for anyone who loves chocolate or wants a unique experience!
