What are people saying about Barcelona

Most lovely exceptional guide
The guide is exceptional. We usually do private tours through Centurion (highest level of Amex) throughout Europe, and this was by far the best tour guy I’ve ever experienced. He was heartfelt, kind, knowledgeable, funny. He extended the time for my daughter and I to view different areas that weren’t part of the normal tour. He has a beautiful soul, and I feel very fortunate that we experienced Sagrada Família with his energy.

Good info and use of time
Do not take the metro to Parc Guell, only the bus.. otherwise you will have to hike all the way around it to the main gate where the tour meets (you are welcome)! Our guide was a trained art historian, making the tour very informative. It was very short and it was nice to have our time spent wisely. Yes, you can do research and wander on your own. The tour includes skip the line, but the regular line was moving quickly.

Do this tour on your first full day in Barcelona. Daniel was our guide and he was fantastic. He was very attentive, knowable about Barcelona history and made sure everyone had a great time. This tour will take you through the key parts of Barcelona which will help you plan future exploring. We did this tour on our third day and regretted not having done it sooner. Don’t forget to wear sunscreen :-)

Would Do It Again in a Heartbeat
This was honestly one of the best tours I have taken worldwide (and we travel a lot!). The guide was personable and knowledgable, the sights were great, and the sidecar was honestly just fun. It not only brought smiles to our faces, but everyone we passed in the street as well. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

Peace of mind!
We walked off the ship and Willy was waiting there for us. He stayed in constant contact with us via text until we arrived. Highly encourage anyone needing transportation throughout their trip to book via the Viator app before your trip even starts. Gives you peace of mind knowing they’ve gotten you taken care of. Well worth the price!

The tour was absolutely fantastic! Christel was an incredible guide—she was so welcoming and speaks clear, flawless English. She took her time and explained everything thoroughly without ever making us feel rushed. We also really appreciated how she strategically guided us through the different parts of the Sagrada Família to get the best experience. Thank you for a great tour!

Best Barcelona tour
This was our second time using this tour company when debarking from a cruise in Barcelona. It's the ultimate convenience, and makes the most of the few hours you may have in the city before departing. I was in contact with the driver/guide (Carlos) as we arrived in port, and he met us with a sign right outside the cruise luggage collection. They have a set tour that hits all the Barcelona highlights, which is what we did on our first trip, and which is an excellent overview. This time we had prebooked the Guell park (which as an aside definitely requires pre-booking -- you can't just show up on the day and hope to get in, as we learned on our first trip), so Carlos modified the tour itinerary to accommodate stopping at the park and other places we wanted to see this time around. The van is large, pleasant, and secure -- we felt comfortable leaving all our luggage in it whenever we left it to tour (Carlos usually remained in the van). Carlos himself was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and spoke excellent English. Our first guide was equally excellent. If we're lucky enough to take another cruise that stops or ends at Barcelona, we will definitely book this company again. Thank you!

Fantastic excursion...
Fantastic excursion through two beautiful towns on the Costa Brava: Lloret and Tossa de Mar, including a spectacular boat ride.
Don’t miss it if you visit Barcelona. The organizing company is very professional. Everything is very well organized, and they have very attentive guides who know the area well, which really adds extra value to the experience.

Amazing Tour
This tour was amazing, and we were so fortunate to be led by Miro. He had a wealth of information and to share and always gave time for questions and enough time to pause and enjoy the experience.
Montserrat is beautiful and can be described but, needs to be seen to be fully understood.
The winery tour was the most informative winery tour that I have ever experienced. I learned so many new things about the process, and how Oller del Mas differs from others.

Super fun way to discover the city!
We had the BEST time discovering parts of the city by Segway! I was so nervous about learning to drive one but our instructor was so patient and kind and so informative. After about 5 minutes I knew what I was doing!
Learned the history of the whole area - such an amazing experience!
Thank you so much!!

A great option if you only have one day in Barcelona!
This was my husband’s and my favorite stop on our cruise. The tour was very comprehensive and our guide, Sergio, was knowledgeable, funny, and made sure we had a safe way back to our ship on time. I didn’t know much about Gaudi’s work coming into Barcelona and I left with a great appreciation for what he was able to accomplish. Barcelona is beautiful and vast, and I felt like we got to see a lot with what little time we had there. I was a little apprehensive about doing a tour outside of the cruise line, but this was very well organized and a better option than what my cruise offered here. Thank you Sergio!

Viator very unhelpful
The tour we booked with Viator was for a private tour that included La Sagrada Familia and Guell Park in Barcelona.
I booked it on September 19, 2024 for a visit on July 12, 2025. About two weeks before the trip, I called to confirm that everything was in place. We had a trip for 12 people planned. The girl I spoke with said it had been booked incorrectly. It was not a private tour, but she would change it. Unfortunately, at this later date, it was very difficult to get tickets for La Sagrado Familia. This was unknown to us until I received an email stating that the time we were supposed to go was unavailable, and there were just a few tickets left for a visit to Sagrada Familia. Apparently the girl who rebooked it had no idea what was going on with these private tickets. In addition, we were supposed to have visited Parque Guell and there were no tickets available for that. I called again two days later because I had gotten no response back when I realized that that we were not going to be able to see the things that we had planned to see. The girl, I spoke to that time, took my name and a phone number and gave me an exact time that somebody in an higher office would be calling me back. I was told three different times that people would call me back from Viator. I never received a single phone call. The way that I was able to sort this out was by working directly with the tour operator in Barcelona. He was wonderful and had contacted me by email so we were able to speak and re-plan this tour, but Viator never knew that they redid the tour. We never got any tickets for Parque Guell We also had to change the times of the tour, which was difficult with 12 people coming in from all all around the country. So I would like to give recognition to Ramiro Cabellero, who runs the local tour company. But I would give Viator a 0 on their customer service. We paid for things we never got for 12 people but worse than that was being told they were helping me and not once did anyone call me back. We have used Viator in the past, but certainly do not plan to do that again. I also think money should have been refunded for tickets we never received.
