Xavier was wonderful. We actually got off the ship earlier than expected. He messaged me he was at the port already and picked us up right away and because we were early took us for a mini tour of Barcelona and gave us helpful information on getting around. Awesome experience!
We walked off the ship and Willy was waiting there for us. He stayed in constant contact with us via text until we arrived. Highly encourage anyone needing transportation throughout their trip to book via the Viator app before your trip even starts. Gives you peace of mind knowing they’ve gotten you taken care of. Well worth the price!
Communication was great and the driver met us as soon as we got off the ship and retrieved our luggage. This took all the stress out of finding a ride and getting to the airport on time. The driver was friendly. What a great experience. I would 100% recommend Viator.

Our driver was very good at advising us of his location and his expected arrival time. He was prompt and helped us load our bags. He drove carefully and helped us unload our bags at the door of our hotel. We were very happy with his service.

The driver, Damian, was on time and a true gentleman. It was raining when we disembarked from ship. He was waiting with umbrellas. Damian shared Barcelona highlights while we were en route.

Way Too many transfer people and signs are small or on their phone so be prepared to find your person thru the massive amount of drivers

Such an easy way to get to your hotel after a cruise. No waiting in the taxi line. David was polite and friendly.
Waited over an hour to be picked up. They never arrived. Customer service with limo company only spoke Spanish and hung up on me repeatedly. Viator customer service tried to contact them an were hung up on as well. Viator would not refund despite lack of service.

No one showed up so we took a cab! Prior to that I had communicated with Viator who assured me the company would contact me. The company finally did and confirmed the pick up but did not fulfill the request. I had paid in full in advance and was provided a phone number for the car service that didn’t work. I’m not very happy about the experience. Viator said I’ll receive a refund… we will see.
Our driver was amazing and very knowledgeable. He told us a bit of history and shared places that were must sees given our 24 hour time crunch.
