On time and efficient. Driver was polite and friendly. Communication was not as immediate and continuous as other reviews noted. But booking was effortless, and making changes to departure time was no problem. Driver arrived just before the appointed time, helped load our many large bags, and got us to our destination efficiently.

We had this company pick us up at the cruise port for disembarkment and take us to the Barcelona Sants Train station. He was early and texted me his name and that he had arrived. We walked down and he was there ready to go. Very nice and easy experience! Would definitely use this company again!

Ride never showed up. Ended up getting a taxi for our ride. The rest of our party are gone to their destination while we are still waiting for our ride. People who are sailing that day started coming already but in the meantime we are still there waiting for our ride. Very disappointed and annoyed.

A taxi cab was the shuttle that picked us up. We had 5 passengers and about 9 bags (large to small size/carry on). Instead of a van as described in the listing. A can taxi cab was the shuttle. The port has set fees and we would have saved over a 100$ to our destination in the gothic quarter. This being our first time to Barcelona, we learned the hard way.

Driver was super nice. We had a lot of luggage (5 check-in, 2 cabin) so it barely fit in the Prius Plus. All the Viator transfer listings always show exterior or interiors of vans, but be warned that they are not always the vehicle type pictured.

Although the picture shows a nice van that will be picking you up, it is a small taxi. Im sure we could have gotten a taxi for half the price had we known. But, they were on time.

The driver was very conscientious. We got off shop early so there was confusion about where to meet her. In the future the driver should be specific about what area to meet, as there are several pick up locations. The driver stayed in contact with us and we finally met up. We kept in constant contact with the driver during the disembarking from our cruise ship.
Once we got outside, he was nowhere to be found. After 10 minutes, I texted him and he said I'll be there in a few minutes? We waited. Another text later, I'll be there in 15 minutes! Long story short, original driver was in an accident in the parking lot and they sent as a replacement a regular taxi with no change in the price.
We were going to use them again for our ride to the airport, but after this, no way!!

This was not what was advertised in the description. The description says air conditioned sedan or mini van. We ended up in a standard taxi. Had some difficulty finding the driver as he was standing in a group away from the main group of drivers. Finally found the driver and he grabbed our bags and moved much faster than we were moving. Got to the car and it was a standard city cab. Driver did not communicate and acted like we were wasting his time. Other than the fact he was on time and got us to our destination safely, nothing made us feel like we got service any better than just hailing a cab at the taxi stand.

Good experience with communication prior to pick up but upon meeting the driver he was not welcoming, walked way ahead and did not wait for us (which included a couple over 60), and when asked questions, only gave 1 word responses. We are new to Barcelona so would have appreciated a more engaged and friendly driver.
