Hop On Bus

Brenda_S, Apr 2026
Easy and convenient to book. Tickets were downloaded to phone. One can start trip at any stop. They will print your ticket for a hard copy once you load bus 😊

Excellent Tour

Jeffrey_E, Apr 2026
It was a great way to see Barcelona in a short period of time. We were on a cruise so only had one day. The two routes cover the entire city. We never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a bus. I highly recommend it.

See the entire city of Barcelona at a glance!

Adriana_P, Apr 2026
The bus tour gives you the opportunity to see the whole city of Barcelona in a couple of hours. You get to stop andjump off and where you want. Definitely sit on the top to truly enjoy the ride and the views!

2.5 Hour Entire Barcelona....Perfect

AnnL_N, Apr 2026
Excellent 2.5 hrs spent on top deck. Entire Barcelona city tour. We just wanted to tour city in one lump. Perfect. Great audio

Great Experience

Shanea_S, Mar 2026
This was a great experience. This is a definite excursion to try. You would be able to see a lot of difference places, and you can use the bus for 24 hours if needed.

up and down

Sarah_D, Mar 2026
Great tour. The bus stop is easy to locate. I like the fact that the stop number is stated. The bus lines have some of the same locations, so it is easy to cross over.

Great introduction to Barcelona

Kirk_B, Mar 2026
Great introduction on Barcelona. We did both routes and it took about 5 hours. We didn't get off to see areas, as we've already visited the main attractions. One complaint...there are two companies that provide this service...make sure you're clear on where their stops are (generally the same areas), but it was confusing for us at first as we saw the red bus and thought that's where we should go. It would be nice to have clear descriptions on the exact location where each stop is located. Seems to me that with today's technology, that should be possible.

Fantastic attendants

Aldo_R, Feb 2026
I want to profusely thank the attendants on the two buses in Barcelona who reunited me with my phone after I dropped it on one bus and got off by the Soccer Stadium. The attendant on the following bus called the other, who found the phone. MY THANKS AGAIN TO YOU BOTH.

It's Awesome

Cathie_B, Dec 2025
This was absolutely awesome! Loved having the flexibility. My family was too jet lagged to enjoy it properly but would definately book again!

A Great Way To See Barcelona!

SKIJAMMAN2, Oct 2025
We did this tour in one day. There are so many stops that we wanted to see but could not do it all in one day. If you get a chance to do this tour, try to do the 48hr pass as the stops take away from your day and there are just so many. The Wifi on board was great! I was emailing and texting friends back in the states what I was seeing after just seeing it! What a great way to see Barcelona!

Very convenient, Pickup...

Gerardo_M, Oct 2025
Very convenient, Pickup is just in the corner of our Hotel, Barcelona Princess, The 2 bus routes with English narration of each stops gave us history and instant knowledge of the district. A very rewarding experience of Barcelona in 6 hours.

Barcelona

Wendy_D, Oct 2025
We always take a hop on hop off bus in a new city we aren’t familiar with. Happy with this particular one in Barcelona.

Easy to navigate...

Janine_P, Sep 2025
Easy to navigate throughout the different parts of the city and they came at good segments of time if you miss last one

Very good tour, but a...

Lindy_J, Sep 2025
Very good tour, but a little too busy and unorganized. The area at the world trade center was chaotic and difficult to navigate.

Bad experience

zurey_f, Jul 2025
That the meeting point from the cruise is far and inconvenience. Barcelona is a busy port , this Hop on Hop off is not a good idea

Very satisfied customer

Flavio_K, Jul 2025
Very convenient, easy to use with abundance of buses running through the main point of interest. Great value!

Typical ho ho.

Andy_S, Jun 2025
It was typical HO HO bus. When we first got on bus there were plenty of seats and the recording work just fine. One thing I will say is that they automatically upgrade in our 24 hour to a 48 hour which was nice. One thing to know they run until 7 o’clock, but you don’t know where you’re gonna end up at so you need to be careful about that. Because when it’s 7 o’clock, they stop the bus it seems. If you were getting on at the Sagrada Familia then just be aware that seats are going to be limited, especially up top. I don’t know if it was just that particular route but when we got on there, they just played music for the most part and did not do any narration. It’s always a good idea to do this cause then you get a good layout of the whole city so yes, I would recommend it

Started in Barcelona

Mike_M, Jun 2025
It was great! First time with this company! Just look for Tall Red markers! Great way to pick and choose what you want to see!

Easy way to see city but takes a long time with traffic.

GARY_F, Jun 2025
Easy way to see thw city but not the most engaging. I mean Barcelona is a city that is meant for walking and given it takes a good while to ride the bus with traffic not sure this is the most effective method. On the plus side you don't have to stress with pickpockets like taking metro.

Great HOHO Experience

Janet_J, May 2025
We have find that the HOHO is a great way to see cities in a short short of time. We were not able to do both routes (green/orange), but were able to complete the orange which showed the major attractions that we wanted to see, such as the Sangra de Familia. I would highly recommend the HOHO to anyone wanting to just get an overview of the city.

Fun way to see the city...

patriciakallaur, May 2025
Fun way to see the city in one day in a few hours. Gives you a taste of what’s available so you can go back and focus on things you would like to explore more. You need more then one day to truly explore Barcelona

We got to see many sights...

Deborah_B, May 2025
We got to see many sights by taking the hop on hop off bus in Barcelona. This is a great way to tour the city. Hearing the guide in my own language is definitely a plus. Very enjoyable.

You have stops, but we couldn’t find them.

Karen_S, May 2025
We could not find stops. Yesterday we tried two times in two different locations to find stop to Hop On. First at plaza Catalina we asked three different buses if they were right one for our tickets. They said no. One was painted multi-colors, but he said wrong company. No, again & No. Needed to take taxi to our Patk Guell tickets with you. After that tour again not find your bus stop. Locals fro not know much about Hop On Hop off stops. No one could help us. We ends up taking local bus & metro back to our hotel.

Excellent two day...

Ursula_M, Apr 2025
Excellent two day overview of the city. Lots of stops, but lots of traffic meaning that you spend quite a bit of time sitting at traffic lights. However, the times quoted at the various stops are reliable.

Bus ride

Robert_D, Apr 2025
The disappointment is a recorded voice describing the sights. A real human...as was always in the past...is soooo much better. Also...I was not able to download either print copies or copies of ticket from the web site......it caused all kinds of problems.

Dress wisely

Clare_P, Apr 2025
If it is chilly on the ground, it is way chiller on the top of the bus. April 25, we should have worn the hats, gloves and scarves we brought.

Bag choice for traveling during spring break. Not enough buses to handle the crowd

Nancy_W, Apr 2025
We waited 1 1/2 hours to get on. Full buses. We had to change routes and waited again for 45 minutes. Long stops never made it around th entire route. Then had to get a cab so we could make it back to ship

Need better 3.5mm plugs!

Jeffrey_M, Apr 2025
Great way to experience the city. Only bad part is the audio jacks do not work well so you'll hear lonely cracking in your ear. We were on 4 different buses and they all seemed to share the same issue.

Great way to start your exploring

Cynthia_R, Jan 2025
Excellent overview of the city and to determine areas where you would and would not want to spend more time exploring.

Sites of Barcelona Well Covered

rdevillez, Oct 2024
Easy to locate from our hotel. The tour has great coverage of all the attractions and important sites of Barcelona. There were some stops that had lines of people waiting to get on the bus. But, other than that, it was a great experience!
