Hits numerous points of interest. Great way to see the city if you don’t have a great deal of time. On time, you don’t have to wait too long for the next bus.
On Time and friendly guides who tried to help as much as they could with information on sights. Drivers were excellent and this was a great budget friendly way to see most of the sights.
It was a hot day and air conditioning didn’t work. Head phones were challenging.

Buses on the Orange and Green routes run at often enough. Traffic was the issue. Also, we were all asked to leave a bus because they said it was the last stop. If it's continuous, that didn't make sense. Waiting for the next bus was taking way too long. Ended up taking a cab to my final destination. Some connections for headsets didn't work. It's best if you utilize this transportation for full days. Partial days are too risky.
Typical hop bus system. Unfortunately, the bus broke down and we had to find alternate transportation for get us back to our starting place.
Unfortunately we weren't able to go on this excursion. Our flight arrived too late to Spain. Busses were not running anymore.
had a very disappointing experience with this tour. The pickup information was inaccurate, and despite following the instructions, no one ever picked me up. I spent about three hours walking between different stops trying to find the correct location.
I repeatedly tried calling the company, but no one answered the phone, and I was never able to speak with a representative. I also never received any communication or assistance while I was waiting.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this tour. I paid for a service that was never provided, and the lack of customer support made the situation even more frustrating. I would not book this tour again, and I encourage others to be cautious before booking.
Big city tours Barcelona was HORRIBLE!! Very crowded bus. Not enough busses at start of route. Busses were infrequent! DO NOT pay for this horrendous experience!
Great way to get a taste of Barcelona. This hits most of the highlights. While Park Guell is on the list. You have to walk to it. There are 2 lines, into ok the orange line. The coastal part of the trip ia gorgeous. No one tells you about the gardens and museums you can see. If I were going to be here longer, I'd get the 2 day pass and explore every stop. Use the map. My headphones did not work.
Route was very good, and gave a good overview of the city. But on a hot day, bus is also hot. A/C is not great as there is no door to upper deck, so hot air permeates lower level. Audio was not very well synched to location and repeated several times. ‘Hostess’ held two seats for herself with her bags that prevented paying guests from using them.
The experience was great. I would highly recommend this to everyone. there were plenty of stops. and plenty of busses.
Great way to see the sites and get from one place to another. My husband and I like to do these when we’re seeing a city for the first time.
Spent almost an hour trying to catch the correct bus to begin. Not so easy as their stops were so brief at some !
This event was cancelled at the last minute so very disappointed as waste of time & money ( for taxi to get there & back). Communication from the company was good although I don’t understand why the cancellation was discovered so late!
User friendly system for getting around to see Barcelona's highlights. Be advised it could be crowded and is first come first serve. Friendly and helpful people operate the buses.
The bus is good just you might have to wait for the next bus because it’s full. Also some of the audio on bus doesn’t work

Try to get a seat on the top level for the best view.
Easy and convenient to book. Tickets were downloaded to phone. One can start trip at any stop. They will print your ticket for a hard copy once you load bus 😊
It was a great way to see Barcelona in a short period of time. We were on a cruise so only had one day. The two routes cover the entire city. We never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a bus. I highly recommend it.
The bus tour gives you the opportunity to see the whole city of Barcelona in a couple of hours. You get to stop andjump off and where you want. Definitely sit on the top to truly enjoy the ride and the views!
Excellent 2.5 hrs spent on top deck. Entire Barcelona city tour. We just wanted to tour city in one lump. Perfect. Great audio
This was a great experience. This is a definite excursion to try. You would be able to see a lot of difference places, and you can use the bus for 24 hours if needed.
Great tour. The bus stop is easy to locate. I like the fact that the stop number is stated. The bus lines have some of the same locations, so it is easy to cross over.
Great introduction on Barcelona. We did both routes and it took about 5 hours. We didn't get off to see areas, as we've already visited the main attractions. One complaint...there are two companies that provide this service...make sure you're clear on where their stops are (generally the same areas), but it was confusing for us at first as we saw the red bus and thought that's where we should go. It would be nice to have clear descriptions on the exact location where each stop is located. Seems to me that with today's technology, that should be possible.
I want to profusely thank the attendants on the two buses in Barcelona who reunited me with my phone after I dropped it on one bus and got off by the Soccer Stadium. The attendant on the following bus called the other, who found the phone. MY THANKS AGAIN TO YOU BOTH.
This was absolutely awesome! Loved having the flexibility. My family was too jet lagged to enjoy it properly but would definately book again!
We did this tour in one day. There are so many stops that we wanted to see but could not do it all in one day. If you get a chance to do this tour, try to do the 48hr pass as the stops take away from your day and there are just so many. The Wifi on board was great! I was emailing and texting friends back in the states what I was seeing after just seeing it! What a great way to see Barcelona!
Very convenient, Pickup is just in the corner of our Hotel, Barcelona Princess, The 2 bus routes with English narration of each stops gave us history and instant knowledge of the district. A very rewarding experience of Barcelona in 6 hours.
We always take a hop on hop off bus in a new city we aren’t familiar with. Happy with this particular one in Barcelona.
