What are people saying about Barcelona

Wonderful tour!
This was an exceptionally good tour. I had been to the Dalí museum years ago and thought I knew a fair amount about him and his art. This was still one of the most informative tours I’ve taken at any museum. Luis combined his knowledge and passion for Dalí into a story that would capture anyone’s attention. I can’t say enough about how much I learned or how much I enjoyed it. Girona is absolutely lovely and we had enough time to get a good overview of the city and a bit of free time as well. I would highly recommend this tour!

We loved this tour to a charming little town in the French countryside, including a visit to L’église Saint-Louis, as well as to the beautiful country of Andorra, in Andorra la Vella. Although it’s a 12-hour tour, the frequent stops made the day feel relaxed and enjoyable, and the time passed quickly. I highly recommend visiting between April 24 and May 3. The weather was perfect—sunny, with a refreshing breeze coming down from the mountain peaks. It truly felt like a dream. Our tour guide, Laura, was patient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She did an exceptional job guiding us in both Spanish and English. I would highly recommend this tour and especially Laura as a guide.

Limited WC Time
Montserrat is amazingly beautiful. Our tour guide Ivan is very caring. keeping an eye to ensure the entire group members followed. The only sad thing was, one member, the daughter of a mother daughter team complained there was not enough free time for her to walk up the hill. Then Ivan rescheduled the one hour free time ahead, and moved the visit of mother Mary statue later after the free time. The line at early afternoon after the free time was just as long in late morning. After we finished the mother Mary statue visit, we were rushed to head to the coach, and not allowed us to use the WC en route. At the coach terminal, when some of us ran to the WC, he kind of followed us and yelled out loud and clear to get us out because the coach would soon be leaving. I felt it was unfair when the tour guide rescheduled the itinerary to accomodate one of 21 of us for her free time, and restricted at least 4 of us to hurry our mother nature toilet needs.

It's an easy way to reach...
It's an easy way to reach and see Montserrat. Guide was good and did some of the background history during the bus ride. Met the guide at 9 and the bus came. Had a walk/talk for 45 min or so after arrival, then you were on your own for a little over 2 hours free. Took the incline up and walked around the trails. Could have used an extra hour to see a couple of the other attraction like the Immersive Experience or Museum and have time for eating. Had a 1:15 timed entrance to the basilica. It was a little rush to tour it and make the walk back to the bus by 2:00.

While Barcelona has a ton to see and do within its city limits, there's plenty to do within day-tripping distance of the Catalan city. The Montserrat range is among the most popular Barcelona day trips, owing to its beautiful rock formations and historic basilica. Another popular option is the Costa Brava, known for its compact fishing villages and sea views. Guided day tours from Barcelona frequently combine Costa Brava time with a visit to nearby Girona, a medieval settlement with a gorgeous cathedral and cobblestoned streets.
