Top Bahamas Cruises & Sailing

This was one of our favorite excursions ever. We had about a 10 minute walk from the ship to the dock where we were picked up. This is a private group excursion for a maximum of 8 people. We were picked up in a nice center console boat equipped with plenty of shade. Capt. Bodie and his assistant, Ahndin, are awesome. They had complimentary soft drinks, snacks, water and tum punch on board. Both were incredibly friendly, engaging and knowledgable. Our first stop was Mansa Beach, where we got to feed the pigs. They also had several water activities and refreshments. This optional experience was an additional $20 per person. If you opt out, you just go straight to the snorkeling experiences. Our first snorkeling spot was a reef. There water was gorgeous, And the reef was full of fish. There were lots of other boats around, but we were anchored on the edge of the reef and had plenty of room to ourselves. The last stop was at a turtle nesting area. There were again several boats around us. Nobody else appeared to have any luck spotting turtles, but Capt. Bodie has eagle eyes. He spotted a large turtle, and our group was able to jump in the water and swim around with it for a bit. At $800, this is a fantastic value if you have 8 in your group. Even with the extra for the pigs and gratuities, it was easily the best value for an excursion we’re had. Our whole party had a blast.

Fontanella (Fonzie) was the BEST tour guide. She is very personable and really had us experiencing the culture of Nassau with historical facts and interactive stops. She was fun and funny and everyone in town seems to love her! Highly recommend this tour.

She was incredibly informative, highly interactive, and had this amazing gift of making a whole group of strangers instantly feel like family. Her energy was infectious! The stops were flawless, but the highlights were definitely the food and drinks: The Conch Salad: Incredibly fresh, vibrant, and hands-down amazing. The Rum Sampling: Phenomenal pours and a super fun atmosphere. The Rum Cake Place: The perfect sweet finish to an unforgettable day. Don't hesitate—book this tour immediately.
