The tour guide, Julian, was absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable about the area and made the experience wonderful. I would highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Julian as your guide.

Amazing tour around the city and Island. The tour guide gave a good history of the Island and was engaging with the guest. He even sang happy birthday to me and gave me a gift . I enjoyed my tour ☺️

Phenomenal tour and hostess. Shakira was hands down an amazing tour guide, who made my kids feel special and given a five star experience during our 2-hour tour of Nassau. My kids being older (11 and 15) I wondered how they would be able to enjoy such a history and information focused excursion, but Shakira tapped into their curiosity and had them to sit up front in the tour bus w her as we explored the island. This was the perfect tour for a port day if you’re cruising and looking for a more low-key excursion. Shakira took us on several stops per the itinerary, and allowed us to hop off on our last stop at the beach. Aside from Apple Maps guiding me to the wrong tour meet up spot, all went well w finding where to meet the group (the port side of the Straw Market - not the Bay St side!) I highly recommend this tour and many kudos to Shakira!!

Simply AMAZING!!!! Fonzi was incredible and she truly gave us an amazing run down of the culture of beautiful Nassau.
Her hospitality was above and beyond! We want to come back just to do another tour with her.

Our tour was cut short due to the weather which was not anyone’s fault. The company readily offered to refund those who couldn’t reschedule. The tour guide, Fonzi, was one of the nicest people we have met. She drove us back to our hotels and continued to tell us about the history of the different places we passed by. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience from start to finish! Our guide, Ms. Chippie, was absolutely incredible. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the entire experience feel so special. From the moment we met her, her energy was warm and welcoming, and she made sure everyone felt included and comfortable. She went above and beyond to share details, answer questions, and make sure we were having a great time every step of the way. You can truly tell she loves what she does, and it shows in how she connects with people and brings everything to life. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and Ms. Chippie is a big reason why. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for something memorable, fun, and well-guided!

Easy affordable tour of the Nassau area. Our guide was knowledgeable and informative. Had an issue with our time change from cruise ship,but they rescheduled us for the afternoon trip.

I recommend knocking this out on one of your first days here. You'll hit up most of the touristy spots, which is what we wanted to do/ see. Fonzi our driver was super friendly and extremely helpful. Would recommend and kid friendly!

Our trip with Fonzie was so much fun!!! She is a true island legend with an amazing legacy. She taught us so much and answered all our questions. She made sure we were all safe, hydrated and enjoying the magic of the Bahamas! Couldn’t recommend this tour more if you have some time off the cruise ship or are staying in Nassau and want to see non-touristic parts of the island

Julius our guide, was GREAT!
Seats on trolley however werent built for american sized people.
Some were taking up two seats .
Also,Viator did not give us the proper pickup address on their website which caused some confusion for us causing us to be late.
Overall though GREAT people, and experience.!

Scam!!!! They never came.we prepaid and they didn't show up and didn't respond. Viator were not helpful as well.

We are not sure what happened here, but have been present for all of our tours. We do ask persons to be in place 30 mins before time. We are sorry you did not get to tour with us, but hopefully there is a next time.

This was a terrific way to see all of Nassau. The open air bus was a fun way to travel. Shakira, our guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable about all the sights and local places. Stopping to taste samples was a bonus.

I met the most vigorous person ever!
Chippie is great fun and incredible human being. She took us to both side of the coin. Luxury and reality for the local people.
I always wanted to feel the locals vibe.
I even danced reggae music on the beach .
It is a great experience.

This was a fun tour as it was a very nice day. The open air car was a treat however if it was a super hot day I don’t know if I would have enjoyed it as much. It was better than being in a stuffy van though.
Our driver was very personable. His name started with a J. You got time to get off and explore at places. It wasn’t a whole lot but still time.
Got a cold water and we got a small snack to try (conch fritter).
We do stop to get off at two places where, of course, they want you to buy stuff (Rum Cake Factory and Tasty Teas…..I did buy at both)
I think you should stay on tram and not go to Atlantis because it would not be enough time.
Great overall view of this part of Nassau
Ample time at Queens Staircase to visit and climb.
Things to note:
Half the people have to sit facing backwards.
At times hard hear driver bc of traffic.
I think you should have 10 min to go to Cloisters for photos.
Viator said pick up Bay Street where we were located but it’s actually Woodes Rodgers Street in front of Straw Market. They called and said we were in the wrong spot.
If I came back to Bahamas with people would I recommend them, yes for sure.

This was an excellent tour of Nassau. We enjoyed all of the stops and picked up some tasty treats along the way. Fonzie has a great personality and kept us entertained the entire time. We had two elderly passengers and she was equipped with a step for easy access to the tram. Highly recommend. Would even take this tour again if we were in town as we enjoyed her company so much!
