Captain Dylan Ramsey and fist mate Tamara (Teddy) were beyond exceptional! Our family (including two young kids) had a blast on our private excursion - swimming with piggies, snorkeling with hundreds of exotic fish and sea turtles, and ending with small hike to the most beautiful secluded beach. They were both extremely helpful in sharing facts about the Bahamas, and showed us the most amazing spots. Highly recommend and ask for them both when you book. Can’t wait to book again!

We had terrible weather and that is absolutely not the providers fault. The torrential down pour started 5 min after we got on the boat and was so painful traveling in the speed boat that we were forced to shelter in place in a closed floating bar. The captains did their very best and they were wonderful which is why I give them any stars at all. The reason I am upset is due to poor communication. We were told the wrong place to meet, waited for almost 30 min. We had to call the provider, they did not call us. They said someone should have notified us of the change, but no one did. No apologies just a brush off. They outsourced us to a different company, so the wonderful captains are not even their employees. This also was not told to us. When we finally found our boat we started 30 min late. The provider never apologized, kept saying the weather wasn’t their fault. We never blamed them for the bad weather just the poor communication and the tour starting late. They offered $250 back. We were on the tour for not even half the time, and the entire time we were sheltering due to the storm, but once they paid the company they outsourced to and viator, they explained that 25% was 50% to them. Again, outsourcing to a separate company was their choice and it seems unfair we were penalized by that. That being said, we accepted their offer. They said they would PayPal me. After 2 days and they had not refunded it to us. I contacted them to ask if this was a mistake and received no response. I was forced to then call Viator to receive the $250. Communication is everything when in a foreign country and the lack of it was disappointing and caused a lot of stress on 2 women traveling with 5 young children. For a private tour costing $925 we expected better from the provider. They clearly do not care about their customers, and want to make very clear what isn’t their fault. We had another tour scheduled with them end of July for a larger boat and 10 people that we will be canceling and we will be back next April and will be using a different company. There are far too many options to be treated poorly.

Capt. LAWREN was great. It was choppy in the morning and my son was feeling seasick, but we changed plans and went straight to the private beach. Once my son jumped in the water he began feeling better. We really enjoyed the hike to the deserted house, the peacocks and the idyllic beach. All family members said it was the highlight of our trip. A memory we will never forget.

The experience was the highlight of our trip. It was a very nice, clean, comfortable boat, Captain Lauren was so kind and accommodating and took us to the most beautiful private beach, snorkel spots and turtle area. We loved every second of it!

This was our second time on this boat tour and we’d do it every time we are in Nassau! We are a family of 4 with 14 and 10 year old kids. skipped the pigs on the advice of a friend and did some great snorkeling (gear appeared brand new), swimming with turtles, checking out a hiddden cove, spent some time on one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever seen and then had lunch on a floating restaurant- great fried seafood! It was a 10/10. It’s really great to see a part of the Bahamas off the resort property. Captain Dylan Ramsey was wonderful as was our driver Octavia who picked us up at our hotel and returned us. Very kind and great team! Thank you!

What a great trip! Communication was great, with text message reminders before the trip. Seamless transportation from the hotel to the dock. Captain McKinney was a wonderful guide and felt like an old friend by the end of the trip. We swam with the pigs, saw sea turtles, snorkeled and had time to hang out on the spectacular Rose Island. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! We weren’t able to see turtles due to water conditions but we still had a great time with pigs, snorkeling and private beach. Captain Lawren was very polite and knowledgeable. We were nervous with taking this excursion since it was not through our cruise ship and we were there only for the day, but glad we did. Highly recommend especially if you want a cheaper alternative than the cruise ship excursions.

We had such a great time on this private boat tour. The ride was beautiful and relaxing, and the crew made everything feel easy. Swimming with the pigs was so fun, they were adorable and surprisingly responsive to commands! The whole day was just really well done and we would definitely do it again.

This experience was really great....except I anticipated for the price we would have had the pigs included, and a bigger boat with more snacks then mini bags of chips.
The boat was nice but tiny, no bathroom, the waves were high so they came over the front of the boat. The rum punch was rum and hawaiian juice, and only small bags of chips to eat. We did have to pay $25 a person to visit the pigs.
The pig island was a highlight for my children, the sea turtles were amazing, the snorkeling was very wavy but neat and a few minutes at a private beach was beautiful. The boat operator was also very kind.

A fabulous day, totally catered to us! We did not want to snorkel this trip, so our captain instead took us cruising around the islands and to a very fun floating bar with excellent food. The pigs were fun, we saw turtles, and got tons of information about the islands.

We had the perfect day on our excursion in Nassau! They made it simple by having a van ready to pick us up in front of the Straw Market and drive us to the boat. Our captain and his assistant were incredibly friendly and helpful. We decided to skip the pigs since we had done that before, and that really made the day spread out so nicely with the perfect amount of time at each spot. We snorkeled at a reef, found and swam with sea turtles, and then hiked across Rose Island to the most beautiful and secluded beach. We would definitely use these guys again!

We were extremely disappointed with this Nassau excursion.
1. The boat arrived about 10 minutes late to start.
2. The entire trip lasted only about 2 hours and 30 minutes, even though the website clearly advertised a 4-hour experience.
3. The two crew members never introduced themselves and never once asked if we were comfortable with the plan or locations.
4. We felt constantly rushed, as if they were simply checking items off a list instead of providing an enjoyable experience.
5. The snorkeling gear was dirty. I had to ask them to clean it before use. Even after that, the masks leaked badly and were very poor quality, which made snorkeling frustrating instead of enjoyable. The boat also lacked a proper, safe way to get in and out of the water.
6. After about two hours, we were very thirsty. No drinks were offered proactively. When we asked, they simply pointed to a cooler box.
Overall, this experience did not match what was advertised, and the service quality was far below expectations. We would not recommend this tour.

We started our bumpy, with some unforeseen boat trouble, but they quickly rectified. We were put on a new boat, they went over and above for us and our two boys. No rush at any stop. The pigs were adorable, we tried to snorkel with the turtles but only saw them from afar, although the water was beautiful and it was a nice tree to cool off. We cruised around the islands, and stopped at a floating bar for lunch. It was an incredible trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This was a must do trip! Captain Jason was the BEST! Hilarious, personable, knowledgeable, and safe! By far the most fun of the tour guides we’ve met! We did a private tour to see the pigs, snorkel at a reef, snorkel with turtles, and to rose island. For the price of paying for 5 people to go on a larger boat with other visitors, this was well worth it, and almost the same price! Not to mention the entertainment from the captain. Don’t walk, run to this excursion!

We were with Captain Jason from another company. Even though it was overcast and the waters were a little rough he made sure we had the best time. He was so friendly and was cracking jokes with us throughout the day. The friendly atmosphere helped take a day that could have been terrible and made it a blast. One of the best moments from our trip.

Awesome captains, very knowledgeable, customized to what we wanted to do. We skipped the pigs and just snorkeled - we also swam with giant turtles which was my highlight. Just beware that the trip out to/back from snorkel spots are lengthy.

Advertised as fully customizable but there was a set agenda from the onset of the excursion. I think the customizable part is what destination you’ll go to first. We kept asking about local lunch spots to have conch and nothing was offered or suggested to do while on the excursion. They did tell us where we could go once we returned to the cruise port forcing us to find and pay for additional transportation. While on the excursion, our last stop was a secluded beach that they said would be a nice stop with a picnic. The picnic consisted of rum punch and a box of single serve chips to chose from that were from Costco. This all would be fine if the cost we paid was much less. $950 was way off. We’ve had completely customizable trips in the past that lasted longer and provided a much more authentic tour with a variety of stops, food, drinks and fun. I would not recommend this excursion. In a positive note, everyone on staff for the excursion were very nice and enjoyable to be around.

our half day tour consists of snorkeling,beaching,swimming turtles and swimming pigs if it’s included. A picnic is not included and mentioned , the captain did not tell you that ,
chips/rum punch/ice/soft drinks are unlimited and accesible at any time throughout the charter ,
No one forced you guys off of the boat and you paid no one additional for transportation as that is included so no reason to Lie ,
we operate this charter everyday with excellent service and guides ,
we understand you were looking to experience a different tour but we thank you for booking with us and attempting to enjoy the experience we provide ,

Omg!!! This was literally the BEST experience EVER!!! The staff was soooo nice (my tight husband tipped them $200!) years that GREAT! The Captain and Tamara were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure our family had a good time. Boat was a hurricane and we thought it would be a bit larger, but all 6 of us fit comfortably. Swimming with the turtles by Rose Island was the highlight for us. Captain was kind enough to let us borrow his underwater outter box for awesome py.

Best Day Ever! Captain Ramsey was superb! We got to the swimming pigs first thing in the morning and had all the pigs to ourselves. Great timing as a Tour Group of about 65 people arrived about 25 mins after us. We then headed out for some amazing snorkelling and then visited the turtles. Then off to a private beach for about 45 mins! It was an incredible day, and I'm very happy that we booked the private tour, so we could do whatever we wanted. The Captain provided loads of information about the Bahamas, gave us snacks and drinks. Best day of our 14 day Cruise!
